Abstract:Let X0,X1,…,Xq(q<N) be real vector fields, which are left invariant on homogeneous group G, provided that X0 is homogeneous of degree two and X1,…,Xq are homogeneous of degree one. We consider the following nondivergence degenerate operator with drift L=∑i,j=1qaij(x)XiXj+a0(x)X0, where the coefficients aij(x), a0(x) belonging to vanishing mean oscillation space are bounded measurable functions. Furthermore, aij(x) satisfies the uniform ellipticity condition on Rq and a0(x)≠0. We obtain the local weighted Sobolev–Morrey estimates by applying the boundedness of commutators and interpolation inequalities on weighted Morrey spaces.

Abstract:Let G be a homogeneous group, X_0,X_1,X_2,… ,X_p_0 be left invariant real vector fields on G and satisfy Hörmander’s rank condition. Assume that X_1,X_2,… ,X_p_0 are homogeneous of degree one and X_0 is homogeneous of degree two. In this paper, we study the following operator with drift: L=∑ _i,j=1^p_0 a_ij(x)X_i X_j+a_0(x)X_0, where a_ij(x) are real valued, bounded measurable functions defined in G , satisfying the uniform ellipticity condition and a_0(x) is bounded away from zero in G . Moreover, we assume that the coefficients a_ij, a_0 belong to the space VMO(G) (vanishing mean oscillation) with respect to the subelliptic metric induced by the vector fields X_0,X_1,X_2… ,X_p_0 . For this class of operators, we obtain the local Sobolev–Morrey estimates by establishing the boundedness on Morrey spaces for singular integrals under homogeneous type spaces and proving interpolation results on Sobolev–Morrey spaces.

Abstract:Let G be a homogeneous group and X0,X1;X2, ... ,Xp0 be left invariant real vector fields on G satisfying the Hörmanders rank condition. Assume that X1,X2, ... ,Xp0 are homogeneous of degree one and X0 is homogeneous of degree two. In this paper, we study the following hypoelliptic operator with drift: where (aij) is a constant matric satisfying the uniform ellipticity condition and a0 is a constant away from zero, and obtain the global Sobolev-Morrey estimates on G by establishing the Morrey boundedness of the singular integrals on homogeneous spaces and interpolation inequalities depending on vector fields.

Abstract:Aim To study the Dirichlet eigenvalue problem of the sub-Laplacian on groups of H type,G.MethodsEstablish properties of vector fields on groups of H type and combine the classical methods in the Euclidean spaces.Results The estimates for the differences of consecutive eigenvalues of the Dirichlet eigenvalue problem of the sub-Laplacian on groups of H type,G,are given.The results here are independent of the geometry of the domain and the dimension of the second layer of Lie algebra of G.Conclusion The conclusions in the Euclidean spaces are generalized to groups of H type and are deepen.

Abstract:We introduce the notion of the (one-parameter subgroup) γ-condition for a map f from a Lie group to its Lie algebra and establish α-theory and γ-theory for Newton’s method for a map f satisfying this condition. Applications to analytic maps are provided, and Smale’s α-theory and γ-theory are extended and developed. Examples arising from initial value problems on Lie group are presented to illustrate applications of our results.

Abstract:In this paper, we establish the fractional estimates of gradients of weak solutions to the nonlinear degenerate elliptic system -div(H) (A (x,del (H)u)) = B (x, del(H)u) with phi-growth condition in the Heisenberg group H-n, where phi is a given Orlicz function that satisfies certain conditions; A and B are non-differentiable with reapect to x but only a alpha-Holder continuous. We prove that the matrix function V (del(H)u) related to phi is locally in the Nikolskii space on H-n. In order to prove the result, we derive several estimates of the difference on Er. In addition, the Gehring type inequality to gradient of weak solutions is also given by a caccioppoli inequality to weak solutions, a mean inequality, a Poincare type inequality showed.

Abstract:This paper is devoted to studying certain singular integral operators with rough radial kernel h and sphere kernel Omega as well as the corresponding maximal operators along polynomial curves. The authors establish several weighted estimates for such operators by assuming that the kernels h (math)1 and Omega is an element of F-beta (Sn-1), or h is an element of Delta(gamma)(R+) and Omega is an element of W F-beta (Sn-1). Here F-beta (Sn-1) denotes the Grafakos-Stefanov kernel and W F-beta (Sn-1) denotes the variant of Grafakos-Stefanov kernel. As applications, the boundedness of such operators on the mixed radial-angular spaces (L vertical bar x vertical bar L theta q)-L-p(R-n) are obtained. Meanwhile, the corresponding vector-valued versions are also given. Moreover, the bounds are independent of the coefficients of the polynomials in the definition of operators.

Abstract:Using Khinchin's inequality, Geršgorin's theorem, and the atomic decomposition of Bergman spaces, we estimate the norm and essential norm of Stević–Sharma‐type operators between weighted Bergman spaces Aωp and Aμq and the sum of weighted differentiation composition operators with different symbols from the weighted Bergman spaces Aωp to H∞ . The estimates of those between Bergman spaces remove all the restrictions of a result of Stevic, Sharma, and Bhat. As a by‐product, we also get an interpolation theorem for Bergman spaces induced by doubling weights.

Abstract:A class of degenerate elliptic systems related to Baouendi-Grushin vector fields are studied when the coefficients are discontinuous.By establishing a Caccioppoli inequality and using the reverse Hlder inequality,the Lp estimates for the gradients of weak solutions to the system are obtained and the regularity of the weak solution is lifted.

Abstract:In this paper, we prove Schwartz estimates for Hodge Laplacian and Dirac operators on semisimple Lie groups. Alongside, we gives a version of Kuga lemma for its Lie algebra cohomology. This is a generalization of similar results on symmetric spaces. The main purpose of such estimates is to study the heat problem not only in the scalar case, but also for sections of vector bundles on homogeneous spaces using Fourier analysis.

Abstract:Although Ornstein's nonestimate entails the impossibility to control in general all the $L^1$-norm of derivatives of a function by the $L^1$-norm of a constant coefficient homogeneous vector differential operator, the corresponding endpoint Sobolev inequality has been known to hold in many cases: the gradient of scalar functions (Gagliardo and Nirenberg), the deformation operator (Korn-Sobolev inequality by M.J. Strauss), and the Hodge complex (Bourgain and Brezis). The class of differential operators for which estimates holds can be characterized by a cancelling condition. The proof of the estimates rely on a duality estimate for $L^1$-vector fields lying in the kernel of a cocancelling differential operator, combined with classical linear algebra and harmonic analysis techniques. This characterization unifies classes of known Sobolev inequalities and extends to fractional Sobolev and Hardy inequalities. A similar weaker condition introduced by Raiţă characterizes the operators for which there is an $L^\infty$-estimate on lower-order derivatives.

Abstract:We prove sufficient conditions in order to obtain a sharp G\aa rding inequality for pseudo-differential operators acting on vector-valued functions on compact Lie groups. As a consequence, we obtain a sharp G\aa rding inequality for compact homogeneous vector bundles and compact homogeneous manifolds. The sharp G\aa rding inequality is the strongest lower bound estimate known to hold for systems on $\mathbb{R}^n$, and the aim of this paper is to extend this property to systems on compact Lie groups and compact homogeneous manifolds. Our results extend previous works by Lax and Nirenberg [Comm. Pure Appl. Math., Vol. 8, 129-209, (1966)], and by Ruzhansky and Turunen [J. Funct. Anal., Vol. 267, 144-172, (2011)]. As an application, we establish existence and uniqueness of solution to a class of systems of initial value problems of pseudo-differential equations on compact Lie groups and compact homogeneous manifolds.

Abstract:We derive various eigenvalue estimates for the Hodge Laplacian acting on differential forms on weighted Riemannian manifolds. Our estimates unify and extend various results from the literature and we provide a number of geometric applications. In particular, we derive an inequality which relates the eigenvalues of the Jacobi operator for (f)-minimal hypersurfaces and the spectrum of the Hodge Laplacian.

Abstract:In this paper, the weighted estimates for multilinear pseudo-differential operators were systematically studied in rearrangement invariant Banach and quasi-Banach spaces. These spaces contain the Lebesgue space, the classical Lorentz space and Marcinkiewicz space as typical examples. More precisely, the weighted boundedness and weighted modular estimates, including the weak endpoint case, were established for multilinear pseudo-differential operators and their commutators. As applications, we show that the above results also hold for the multilinear Fourier multipliers, multilinear square functions, and a class of multilinear Calderón-Zygmund operators.
