Abstract:Objective:Through establishing and evaluating the indicator system of Chinese Wushu development,this paper tries to provide theoretical guidance for development and operational basis for the relevant departments.Method:By using the method of literature review, expert investigation and statistical analysis.Result:The authority participate modules is 100%and 84.8%in the first and the second Delphi consultation table,The authority modules is greater than 0.6,in which 50%is up to 0.7.For the 58 items,the averages of Severity Code is greater than 3.5 and the variation coefficients is below 0.30,which indicates that the concordant of the experts' opinions are perfect and the forecast result is desirable. Conclusion:4 one grade indicators,10 two grade indicators and 58 three grade indicators are proposed for the indicator system of the Chinese Wushu modernization and sustainable development. And the one grade indicators include modernization of Wushu industry,modernization of Wushu technology information,modernization of Wushu education and internationalization of Wushu.It can get the value of the comprehensive evaluation for Wushu modernization and sustainable development by creating the comprehensive evaluation formula,which will lead to the vertical and horizontal heterogeneity for Wushu.
The Dynamic Evolution of Chinese-style Modernization Level Measurement

Abstract:This paper begins with a literature review and then develops an index system through a systematic analysis of the theoretical logic and realistic features of Chinese-style modernization. The study conducts a comprehensive analysis of the panel data of 31 Chinese provinces (municipalities) from 2012 to 2021. The entropy-weighted TOPSIS method is used to calculate the comprehensive evaluation scores of each region in each year and rank them. The study also examines the temporal evolution pattern of the level of Chinese-style modernization in each region, as well as the regional differences, using methods such as Thai Kernel Kernel Density Estimation. The empirical results indicate that the eastern region is leading the country in terms of modernization level. The central region and the three northeastern provinces have similar modernization levels, but the overall level of the central region has increased over the decade, while the northeastern region has shown a decline. The economic modernization construction in the western region faces a contradiction as the region has a relatively small economic scale, a low level of industrial structure, and has not yet transformed its economic construction kinetic energy. This highlights the need for improvement in the region's overall level to keep up with the path of modernization. Based on this, this paper presents policy recommendations aimed at promoting economic development, innovation and entrepreneurship, strengthening social security, and advancing urban-rural integration. The goal is to comprehensively improve China's level of Chinese-style modernization.
Study on method for measuring e-commerce development level of China

Abstract:In the paper, an approach to measure e-commerce development level is presented, including a set of indicators, the methods of data normalization and simple linear weighting. On this basis, a method of evaluating e-commerce development level, based on generalization of neural networks, is put forward, by which it is easier to achieve better accuracy than direct evaluation by neural networks. The process of the evaluation is designed, and an instance is analyzed with the statistical data made by China Statistics Department and proved to obtain good results.

Abstract:Based on the three dimensions of agricultural, rural and farmers' modernization, the development level of agricultural and rural modernization of 30 provinces (excluding Tibet, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) in China is measured from 2012 to 2021, and on this basis, the regional differences and dynamic evolution of the development level of agricultural and rural modernization in China are examined using Dagum's Gini Coefficient Decomposition, Kernel Density Estimation, and the Lan Index. The results show that the differences in the development level of agricultural and rural modernization in each region from 2012 to 2021 show a trend of gradual reduction, and there is a phenomenon of convergence. To a certain extent, it indicates that inter-regional differences are the key factors leading to the overall differences. According to the validation of kernel density estimation, the development level of China's agricultural and rural modernization basically remains stable from 2012 to 2021. The Moran index test can be obtained that the development level of China's agricultural and rural modernization shows a spatial positive correlation in geographic distance, and there is a spatial clustering phenomenon.

Abstract:This paper perfects the index system of commodities distribution modernization in China,and transforms normal index to special index between 10 and 100 with the use of comprehensive fuzzy evaluation.The research finds that the level of commodity distribution modernization is closely related to its regional location and overall economic power,which is also influenced by industrial structure.At the same time,using clustering analysis based on the special index,it draws the following conclusions.The "leading zone" should seize the historic opportunities,cultivate the innovative talents and hold the lead.The "catching up zone" should take the geographical advantage and break the boundaries between provinces,between industries and between ownership systems to participate in regional economic cooperation actively.Finally,the "less developed zone" should promote and implement the Western Development Strategy to push the modernization of logistics.

Abstract:The scale and quality of higher education are key indicators of a country's development level and its potential for future growth. This study utilizes literature analysis and the core functions of higher education institutions to construct an evaluation index system for the modernization level of higher education in China, using data from 2012 to 2022. The results reveal the following: (1) From 2012 to 2022, the modernization level of higher education across China's 31 provinces generally increased, despite some fluctuations. Beijing consistently maintained the highest level of modernization, while Hainan demonstrated the fastest growth rate. (2) The modernization level of higher education exhibited uneven distribution across the provinces: eleven provinces were at a low level, eight at a moderate level, eight at a relatively high level, and four at a high level. (3) The development level of higher education modernization shows a clear correlation with geographic location and economic development, characterized by a distinct 'high in the east, low in the west' pattern. (4) There is a urgent need to enhance the internationalization of higher education development in China. (5) The overall index of higher education development in China displayed a slow decline with fluctuations from 2012 to 2022, reflecting ongoing efforts toward balanced development across the 31 provinces and cities. The most significant disparities in higher education development remain between the western and eastern regions.

A Study on Indicator System of Education Equity in China

Abstract:With the deep development of education reform in China,there are more researches on indicator system of education equity. Ten representative researches in this area are selected to give a critical review. It is found that the concrete indicators of education equity are mainly focused on the allocation of financial resources and education equipments,as well as education scale. The dimensions of those indicators are mainly different districts,and city and countryside based on household registration system. Concerning on more relative factors,the explanation of resource allocation indicators should be considered carefully,the education scale indicators are not suitable for measuring educational difference. The absence of socioeconomic status indicators,education process indicators and outcome indicators in the existing indicator system of education equity should be also noticed. Besides,coefficients like Gini coefficient and variation coefficient,as well as method of weighting are also problematic when applied in indicator system.The existing indicators of education equity in China should be improved in the aspects of dimension,effectiveness for a given period of time,and management. Our government should play a more important role in collecting,organizing and publishing education data.

Abstract:It is crucial to scientifically assess China's rural revitalization and grasp its evolution laws. This paper constructs an indicator system to measure the level of rural revitalization in China from 2011 to 2021 using the entropy weight method. Then, we explore the spatial and temporal divergence and dynamic evolutionary characteristics of rural revitalization using the Dagum Gini coefficient and Kernel density. We found that the level of rural revitalization in China is low but fluctuating and increasing. Regionally, eastern China scores higher than central, western and northeastern China. In terms of dimensions, ecological livability scores are higher than prosperous industry, effective governance, affluent living and civilized countryside in that order. The regional differences in the level of rural revitalization are mainly reflected between regions, especially between eastern and western China, but the gap between regions is narrowing year by year. And the results of the Kernel density show that the level of rural revitalization in China shows a slow and balanced growth, but the eastern China shows a polarization growth. These findings can provide a comprehensive and objective outline of the advantages and shortcomings of rural revitalization development in China, and provide a policy reference for the comprehensive and stable promotion of rural revitalization construction.

Abstract:This paper tracking the logistic framework of Drive-Response-Influence-State, brings forward an information resources measurement system which covering 9 indicators. Then it applies the statistics tool SPSS12.0 to carry out principal components analysis among 31 provinces and districts in Chinese mainland in the year from 2000 to 2005.The outcome of measurement shows that it is according with districts development actuality on the whole. Finally, it points out that people should take importance on exploitation and utility of information resources in future, so as to promote harmonious development among different regions.
Optimization of an Indicator System for Measuring E-commerce Development: A Further Study at Firm Level.

Abstract:Although the topic of e-commerce mea surement belongs to one of research priorities in e-commerce , we lack a measurement framework for e-commerce benchmarking at firm level , especially studies on important indicators explained by the actual state of e-commerce in enterprises. In this study, an indicator system is developed based on key factors found in past studies and derived from related theories, and an empirical study is made to optimize the indicator system. First, a theoretical model is presented, including 8 hypotheses; second, e-mail survey, online survey and telephone interviews are conducted in firms of 16 industries, and 156 cross-sectional samples covering 11 cities and regions in Shaanxi province i n China are gathered ; third , statistic analys e s are made to test the theoretical hypotheses . Finally, the validity of the model i s examined in terms of the relationships to e-commerce development with the data, and an optimized indicator system is obtained, which is less computationally intensive and more practically prone to application in e-commerce measur ement and evaluation .

The indicators encompass four dimensions: rural market subjects, rural market systems, rural land property rights, and government macroeconomic regulation and control. The research covers national and regional levels, providing insights into the following key findings: Firstly, China has witnessed a consistent improvement in the level of rural market economic development across national, regional, and provincial tiers. This progress can be predominantly attributed to advancements in rural land property rights, characterized by enhanced land tenure security and a significant reduction in land disputes. Secondly, Western China has maintained a synchronized development pace with central and eastern regions, resulting in relatively minor developmental disparities. Nevertheless, the progression of rural market subjects in western China remains a limiting factor in further enhancing rural market economic development. Simultaneously, government macroeconomic regulation and control act as a constraining element in driving nationwide rural market economic development. Given the persistent imbalance in regional development, concerted efforts should be made to gradually narrow the developmental gap among the western, central, and eastern regions at both the rural market entity and government macro-control levels.

Abstract:Based on slacks-based measure (SBM) mechanism, this paper builds a dynamic indicator to evaluate the ecological economic transition in Chinese provinces since the reform. The measurement indicates that Chinese ecological economic development could be divided into five stages since the reform: the poor development during 1985–1992 and the beginning of this century (2003–2009), and the good performance in early reform period (1981–1984), the period of 1993–2002 and in present years (2010–2012). The evaluation indicator of ecological transition, produced from the economic theory, takes both the growth quality and speed into account and thus could be employed as a more appropriate alternative of conventional GDP evaluation criterion. The heterogeneity and inconsistency of evaluation for each province revealed that Chinese ecological economic transition is still at the unstable early stage and more appropriate environmental regulations should be implemented to support the long-run process of ecological economic development in China.

Abstract:Aims: Based on the latest classification standard of digital economy issued by the National Bureau of Statistics of China, this paper makes statistical measurement and analysis of the spatial and temporal distribution of the development level of China's digital economy. Study Design: Establish an indicator system for the development level of the digital economy and measure the spatial correlation between different regions. Place and Duration of Study: School of Statistics and Application, Anhui University of Finance and Economics, China March to May 2023. Methodology: Entropy method, kernel density estimation, Moran's I index and other statistical methods. Results: It is found that China's digital economy is developing rapidly, but the development is obviously unbalanced, and the gap between high and low levels is increasing year by year. The development level of digital economy in provinces and cities has positive spatial autocorrelation, showing low-low clustering and high-high clustering spatial agglomeration phenomenon. Conclusion: It is suggested to increase investment in digital innovation, strengthen regional cooperation, and adopt policies based on local conditions, so as to narrow regional gaps and promote the healthy and sustainable development of digital economy.

Abstract:At present, promoting digital transformation of sectors has become the worldwide common choice to drive sectors' innovative development and realize sustainable economic growth. In this thesis, we firstly construct an indicator system for monitoring digital transformation of sectors which consists of five key aspects and fifteen key indicators. Then, we collect and make statistical analysis of digital transformation assessment data from 75137 enterprises in China, get an overview of China's digital transformation of sectors, and conduct quantitative monitoring and overall analysis for process and effects of China's transformation and upgrading of sectors. Finally, we prospect and predict the future trend of China's digital transformation of sectors, and analyze digital transformation's promoting effect on sectors' value creation and benefit improvement based on data from enterprises' market value and economic benefits.

Abstract:Ecological modernization is not only a path to modernization with Chinese characteristics and an important strategic choice,but also reflects the direction of the common development of human society.This paper constructs evaluation index system of the development of ecological modernization.By using the data from 2000 to 2008 in Hunan province,empirical analysis is conducted,showing that the level of ecological modernization in Hunan tends to increase rapidly,an evidence of the initial results of the construction of Dimorphic Society. Based on the empirical analysis,this paper finally puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the development of ecological modernization in Hunan Province.

Abstract:Based on the basic modernization index system issued by Jiangsu Province in 2012,this paper adopts the principle factor analysis and the cluster analysis to identify some essential factors in the basic modernization process of Yangtze River delta & Pearl River delta and compare hierarchical structure of these regions' inner modernization level.This paper finds that for large-size areas like Yangtze River delta & Pearl River delta,the main determinants of basic modernization are economic transition,livelihood security and environmental improvement;more attention must be paid to environmental improvement factor for these regions to raise their basic modernization levels,but specific order of indexes contained in the above determinants are remarkably different.As for the internal modernization of the two regions,they're both characterized by three-level structure,but the difference lies in that the Yangtze River delta takes on the sole-core structure with Shanghai as the first-level city,while the Pearl River delta demonstrates the tri-core structure with Shenzhen,Zhuhai and Guangzhou as the first-level ones.

Abstract:Taking 29 provinces and the eastern,central and western regions as the evaluated objects,this essay constructs indicator system for China’s regional low-carbon economic development from two levels of low carbon emissions and development capacity,and then it uses the method of TOPSIS to conduct empirical analysis.The empirical results show that: The level of China’s overall low-carbon economic development is low.Significant differences exist in inter-provincial and as well as the three regions.The level of low carbon economic development in eastern region is much larger than the mid-west.Eastern,central and western regions respectively show the characteristics of low-carbon,mid-carbon,and high-carbon relatively.In achieving economic growth,it is necessary for the central and western regions to reduce carbon dioxide emissions as far as possible so as to enhance the level of low carbon economic development.
