Abstract:A case study on standard lighting unit of China's light emitting diode industry to explore the mechanism between standards and technology, market and policy.The results shows that: standards can promote the acceptance of technology and the application of technology;the maturity of technology decides what kind of standards to carry out in the industrial standardization process, and the implementation and application of standards can help the industry gain advantage in global market competition;global market competition will also bring more attention to the cooperation among domestic and oversea industry during the making process of standards;the implementation and application of standards will promote the demonstration and diffusion of policy;policy can also promote the initiation and proposition of standard.
