Improvement of Unknown Weak-signal Detection Method Based on Duffing Chaotic Oscillator

Abstract:Currently,the method of Duffing chaotic oscillator system is widely used in detection of weak signals in noise background.In this method,the noise effect is usually ignored in the detection because the Duffing chaotic oscillator system is sensitive to periodical signal and inert to noise.However,it was found through a large number of experiments that this chaotic system has low noise immunity for the noises with some square-root difference,which will make mistake in signal detection.In this paper,the affect of the noise on weak signal detection was analyzed.The cross-correlation detection system,which can suppress the noise,was used to process the signal.Also,the cyclic algorithm was introduced to the chaotic array detection.This method is simple and easy to handle,and the simulation results have high accuracy.
