A Brief Account on the Administrative Idea of Service Government

Abstract:With the constant establishment and perfection of the socialist market economy system, our country's traditional government control mode and management idea do not meet the needs of development in era more and more. To establish a real service government geared to China's actual conditions becomes an inevitable choice of history by drawing on the advanced experiences of government reform of the developed countries. At present, to change the administrative idea of our government is not only the primary prerequisite and the basic condition to establish service government, but also has great importance to change the government functions further and to realize the government transition. Therefore, our government should establish the development view based on people, the achievement view of wielding state power for people, the legal sense of administering according to law, the decision idea of science and democracy and responsibility sense of strictly administering state to drive the establishment and perfection of service government constantly.
