Abstract:Because of knowledge's some characteristics, knowledge not only brought the high growth to the enterprise but also worked in the new ethics hidden danger. From the knowledge characteristic analysis, this paper elaborated all sorts of ethics question between the enterprise and the knowledge supplier, such as the benefit conflict, encroach business secrets, behaviors without fulfill the duty and so on. Finally it pointed out tree principle that how to construct the benign relation between the enterprise ethics construction principle, caused the enterprise to be in the harmonious ethics environment.

Abstract:In order to solve the existing problems of enterprise in knowledge management and technology creation and to exert technology creation ability of enterprise, the developments of enterprise knowledge management technology and tool were studied. The knowledge management included four kinds of knowledge transformation process: socialization of knowledge, externalization of knowledge, transformation of knowledge and internalization of knowledge. These four processes required corresponding management technologies and tools. The knowledge management technology and its tool were of important significance to enterprise development. The main manifestation of the present developments of the knowledge management technology and tool included: utilizing Intranet/Extranet/Internet to extending the communication scope of implicit knowledge, establishing improved exciting mechanism, investigating knowledge map and knowledge highway which were technologies and tools to support knowledge management, using organization facing to process, and realizing management around the development and design even as well as the whole life period of the product.

Abstract:This paper intends to provide insights to a better understanding of knowledge management (KM) and its implementation. Firstly, what concerns the possibility of influencing innovation and competitiveness is analyzed; subsequently, this paper focuses on how to implement KM within an enterprise so as to enhance the core competence, in today's knowledge economy era, human capital, structure capital and market capital are the primary raw material of an enterprise, thus, in this paper, how to manage these capital is studied and illustrated; meanwhile, a knowledge management system (KMS) developed by the author is illustrated, besides, other key technologies in implementing KM such as methodology for knowledge quantification, knowledge modeling, the structure and culture for knowledge sharing and innovation are summarized.

Abstract:In the past decade, theorists have been attempting to find out the sources of the firm's sustainable competitive advantage. Since the origin of all tangible resources lies outside the firm, and outside resources cannot obtain the sustainable competitive advantage, it follows that competitive advantage is more likely to arise from the intangible firm-specific knowledge. Now, more and more corporate strategy theorists have considered the firm as a body of knowledge; accordingly, management of knowledge is becoming a firms' routine work. Especially in knowledge-based companies, knowledge management has come to be the firm's primary consideration. Abstract:How to effectively acquire and transfer knowledge is a very important problem for everybody.Knowledge acquisition and knowledge transferring hve been regarded as a natural behavior but not been studied from a special and systematic perspective.From the author's pint of view,both the knowledge acquisition and transferring could be managed.The knowledge source model has been put forward in the paper which consists of four methods as experiencing,communicating,reading and reflecting.The specific steps and key points for using each kind of method are developed to improve both the efficiency and effectivieness of the knowledge acquisition and transferring.Based on the knowledge source model,two processes for managing both the knowledge acquisition and transferring have been developed.

Abstract:The role of information technology (IT) in knowledge management has always been a debatable topic in literature and practice. Despite existing documentation regarding the relationship between IT resource and knowledge management, limited information is available on the different types of IT resources describing this relationship. We integrate two research streams emerging in knowledge management and extend the literature on IT–knowledge management linkage by investigating the moderating role of resource commitment to invoke a contingent resource perspective. Data from 168 organizations in China provide empirical evidence that three types of IT resources (i.e., IT infrastructure, IT human, and IT relationship) positively affect knowledge management capability (KMC), which is positively related to competitive advantage. Furthermore, this study identifies two positive quasi-moderating effects of resource commitment on the IT resource–KMC relationship. Specifically, resource commitment directly and positively enhances KMC, and strengthens the effects of IT human and IT relationship resources on KMC. We discuss the theoretical and practical implications of the results.

Abstract:In the knowledge economy the one sure source of lasting competitive advantage is knowledge. In the theoretical field, interest in knowledge management has grown dramatically. In the business community, organizations are coming to regard knowledge-based intangible assets such as technological know-how and innovation as their most valuable and strategic resource, and they are also increasingly realizing that they must effectively and efficiently manage and cultivate their knowledge and competencies to maintain sustainable competitive advantage. However, there is scarcity on knowledge strategy toward dynamically integrating technological innovation with knowledge management in academic and practical domain. Therefore, based on some theories such as technological innovation, strategic management, transaction cost economics, organizational learning and knowledge management, the framework of knowledge strategy and the model of knowledge-based communities of creation are put forward and analyzed empirically in this paper. Several important knowledge management practices to push technological innovation process are discussed.

Abstract:It's hard to search the needed knowledge in the Internet, because the same knowledge usually have different descriptions and name when knowledge management system takes mass knowledge in the Internet as source. Knowledge was described with ontology and different descriptions of the same knowl-edge were connected by using the similar ontology to resolve the problem. A prototype of web knowledge management system based on ontology (O-WKMS) was developed in order to reduce the difficult of ontol-ogy establishment and decrease the ontology maintenance costs. The system structure model and process model were presented. The technology {or ontology establishment of collaborative based on self-organiza-tion principle was described in detail, and ontology-based semantic search was realized with Lucene engine. Primary application shows that the enterprise's knowledge base can be further ordered and the efficiency for web knowledge discovery, management and retrieval can be improved with the knowledge ontology establishment of collaborative and self-organization mode.
