Abstract:The technical requirements and frame design for Hunan power grid state monitoring system are introduced. The key problems,which should be solved during the implementation of monitoring software,are then given. After detailed study on data accessing,processing and sharing,a solution to ensure the real-time performance and reliability of the monitoring system is put forward,which uses the techniques such as core-buffers and database based on Linux system.Practical result verifies its feasibility.
