Abstract:[Objective] The paper was to study the seed vigor under different seed production densities. [Method] Taking Zheng 58 and Ph6 wc,two maize inbred lines of grain seed as the test material,setting seven seed production densities,seed vigor under different seed production densities were studied. [Result] The result showed,with increasing of density,two maize inbred lines of grain seed bud length,seed fresh weight,vigor indexes,ADH,CAT and Zheng 58 germination energy,Ph6 wc Root length,seed dry weight,germination indexes,all showed a trend of decrease after the first increase,electrical conductivities all showed a trend of decrease. The average germination,Zheng 58 each treatment had no significant difference,Ph6 wc deal with minimum 135 000 plants / hm2. [Conclusion]It was preliminary thought that two maize inbred lines at 135 000 plants / hm2 the seed vigor were better.
