Abstract:The parametric model and the parametric drive mechanism of the mould board were established.The data share mechanism and calling mechanism between CAD and CAE programs were also discussed and implemented.An integrated design software-HTFXS1.0,based on the UG and ANSYS,was developed in the environment of VC++.Finally the module of parameterized CAD and the CAE programs were integrated,which was appiled to real mould board of HTF530 injection machine.

Abstract:A general 3D CAD system of casting process and tooling equipmenthas been developed based on Unigra-phics(UG). It includes the whole course of casting technology design. This CAD system is characterized with the friendly and unanimous man-machine interaction interface, the good fail tolerance quality. An opening structure is used in this sytem. Abstract:The great requirements for aluminum profile and variety demand higher performance of the extrusion dies as well as the shorter period of design and manufacture.The use of the CAD/CAE/CAM technology can achieve these goals.However,so far there is no CAD system which can be used to design the extrusion dies effectively.A special CAD system which embeds the engineering experience based on the UG software was developed.The system can design the bearing automatically.The finite element analyzes show that the system can improve the quality of the dies and the efficiency of the design.

Abstract:Based on UG,ANSYS and VC++,mould board integrated design software HTFXS1.0 was developed.Mould board parametric CAD main technologies were presented.Mould board parametric model and parameter drive mechanism were established.Mould board parametric design CAD software,CAE analysis and optimization programs were developed.The data share mechanism and program call mechanism between CAD software and CAE programs were implemented.The CAD software and CAE programs were integrated.In the end,a design example of rear mould board of HTF530 injection machine was presented.

Abstract:Object-oriented technology is used to study the CAD/CAM system of super CNC glass carve center in this paper. Based on a successful development of the CAD/CAM system on the OS of WINDOWS, Modular organization in the CAD/CAM system and the detail process of figure forming are presented. It has been proved that the developed CAD system of glass carve robot that is accurate and effectively , and is very successful by a great deal of practice.

Abstract:The present mold CAD/CAE/CAM integration system lacks enough information communication, and the efficiency of the system is depreciated. Abstract:Based on UG10.0 software as the secondary development platform, the UG/MenuScript and UG/KF (knowledge fusion) language are used in this paper to develop a computer-aided design system for casting process (CAD-CP). The CAD-CP system is divided into five parts: information acquisition module, riser design module, runner design module, sprue cup design module, and subsidized design module. To test the effectiveness of the designed system, a typical disk part of flywheel casting process is investigated by the CAD-CP system, where the process structures are designed and the process parameters are obtained. Besides, the numerical simulation of flywheel casting by ProCAST software and experiment are carried out, and the results show that the experiment is consistent with the numerical simulation. It indicates that the as-designed CAD-CP system would meet the standard of the casting process, where the design workload of the casting process is reduced effectively as well as the design efficiency is improved.

Abstract:The application of CAD in investment casting is of vital significance to improve the efficiency and quality of production. The across-platform CAD system for moulding tool and casting technology in investment casting was developed. This CAD system has the functions of performing the analysis of processability of part, selecting technological parameters, designing gating system, aiding die design, and inquiring relevant information. JAVA program language in the CAD software system was used to conduct program design to realize the across-platform. The system has the advantages of modularization structure, friendly interface, and convenient operation and maintenance.

Abstract:Based on the injecting mold CAD/CAE integration,after the disadvantages of geometry model transformation being analyzed,a substituting finite element model transformation for geometry model transformation was put forward.The advantages of finite element model transformation relativeed to geometry model transformation and the ways realized in finite element model transformation were also expatiated in detail.According to the interface procedure of the model transformation compiled,the finite element model was successfully transformed from CAD system to CAE system in nought distortion.

Abstract:The moulding process of automobile anterior intraparietal guard plate was analysed,the CAD/ CAE/CAM design ideas and methods of its injection mould were described,and the designs of parting surface,exhaust system,gating system,cooling system and general mould structure were introduced in detail.Then taking the core model as an example,the NC machining process and tool path simulation of the forming surface and parting surface NC machining process and tool path simulation were analysed.The application shows that,the mould structure design is reasonable,the numerical control processing craft of the fixed model core is feasible,and the qualified plastic parts can be obtained by injection moulding.

Abstract:In this paper,the three-dimensional model contained foundry technical information is created by Pro/E software,and then the numerical simulation of solidification process is carried out based on MAGMAsoft,so that the verification and optimization of technical design can be achieved. According to the simulation results,the reasons of casting defects can be found,and by modifying the processing parameters,the process can be optimized and improved. Finally,a reasonable technology program can be brought forward.
