Abstract:For the purpose of better preventing cardiovascular diseases and improving the life quality of human beings,a scheme of an electrocardiogram(ECG)monitoring system based on wireless system-on-chip technology is presented in this paper.Firstly,the hardware design of the ECG signal sampler and the base station is shown in detail,including the design of the amplification circuit and the choice of the MCU-wireless system-on-chip package.Secondly,the wireless communication protocol between the ECG signal sampler and the base station is determined,based upon which the software for the ECG signal sampler is developed.Thirdly,the initialization and communication protocols between the base station and the remote monitoring center are determined,based upon which applications programs are developed.Lastly,the remote monitoring center is described.With the integration of wireless system-on-chip technique,wireless communication technique,embedded system technique and internet technique,the system finally fulfill the goal of remote ECG monitoring.
