Abstract: In this paper we develop a theory of Fourier-like transforms on the space of stable graphs. In particular, we introduce a duality theory of stable graphs. As an application, we derive the holomorphic anomaly equations for general propagators in the work of Aganagic, Bouchard and Klemm.

Abstract:On a Weierstraß elliptic surface X , we define a "limit" of Bridgeland stability conditions, denoted as -stability, by moving the polarisation towards the fiber direction in the ample cone while keeping the volume of the polarisation fixed. We describe conditions under which a slope stable torsion-free sheaf is taken by a Fourier-Mukai transform to a -stable object, and describe a modification upon which a -semistable object is taken by the inverse Fourier-Mukai transform to a slope semistable torsion-free sheaf. We also study wall-crossing for Bridgeland stability, and show that 1-dimensional twisted Gieseker semistable sheaves are taken by a Fourier-Mukai transform to Bridgeland semistable objects.

Abstract:We present a unified approach to holomorphic anomaly equations and some well-known quantum spectral curves. We develop a formalism of abstract quantum field theory based on the diagrammatics of the Deligne-Mumford moduli spaces $$ {\overline{\mathrm{\mathcal{M}}}}_{g,n} $$ and derive a quadratic recursion relation for the abstract free energies in terms of the edge-cutting operators. This abstract quantum field theory can be realized by various choices of a sequence of holomorphic functions or formal power series and suitable propagators, and the realized quantum field theory can be represented by formal Gaussian integrals. Various applications are given.

Abstract:We study the fundamental relationship between stable quotient invariants and the B-model for local P 2 in all genera. Our main result is a direct geometric proof of the holomorphic anomaly equation in the precise form predicted by B-model physics. The method yields new holomorphic anomaly equations for an infinite class of twisted theories on projective spaces. An example of such a twisted theory is the formal quintic defined by a hyperplane section of P 4 in all genera via the Euler class of a complex. The formal quintic theory is found to satisfy the holomorphic anomaly equations conjectured for the true quintic theory. Therefore, the formal quintic theory and the true quintic theory should be related by transformations which respect the holomorphic anomaly equations.

Abstract:A bstract Recently, Okuyama and Sakai proposed a novel holomorphic anomaly equation for the partition function of 2d Yang-Mills theory on a torus, based on an anholomorphic deformation of the propagator in the bosonic formulation. Using the boson-fermion correspondence, we derive the formula for the deformed partition function in fermionic description and give a proof of the holomorphic anomaly equation.

Abstract:Spectral graph analysis based on Laplace operators has been ubiquitously applied in graph signal processing. Extending these tools to a generalization of graphs is helpful for several applications, such as network analysis, a sensor network coverage problem, and other fields, where the relationships between two or more vertices should be modeled. Such mathematical theories already exist, but the associated algorithms are still in their infancy. In this letter, we propose a new algorithm to compute harmonic forms, i.e., solutions of the Laplace equation, whose implementation is simple enough to be distributed among networks without central control center.

Abstract:We describe a general framework of functional and Fourier analysis on domains with a free action of an Abelian Lie group $G$. Namely, on a domain of the form $G\times Y$ we introduce the appropriate spaces of distributions and measurable functions, establishing their most basic properties. Then we consider the half-Fourier transform $f(x,y)\mapsto\hat f(\xi,y)$ in the first variable, and discuss the behaviour of function spaces on $G\times Y$ and $\hat G\times Y$ under this transform. We introduce general mixed-Fourier-norm spaces on $G\times Y$, and the subspaces of holomorphic functions among them, and give an explicit descriptions of the Fourier images of these spaces.

Abstract:We study Fourier transforms of holonomic D-modules on the affine line and show that their enhanced solution complexes are described by a twisted Morse theory. We thus recover and even strengthen the well-known formula for their exponential factors i.e. the stationary phase method. In the course of our study, we also obtain a formula for the characteristic cycles of the Fourier transforms and construct natural bases of their holomorphic solutions via rapid decay homology cycles.

Here we will study Fourier transform associated with the differential operator, which in addition to the continuous part of the spectrum that defines this transform, may contain a set of eigenfunctions. Invariant Distributions of Partially Hyperbolic Systems: Fractal Graphs, Excessive Regularity, and Rigidity

Abstract:We introduce a novel approach linking fractal geometry to partially hyperbolic dynamics, revealing several new phenomena related to regularity jumps and rigidity. One key result demonstrates a sharp phase transition for partially hyperbolic diffeomorphisms $f \in \mathrm{Diff}^\infty_{\mathrm{vol}}(\mathbb{T}^3)$ with a contracting center direction: $f$ is $C^\infty$-rigid if and only if both $E^s$ and $E^c$ exhibit Hölder exponents exceeding the expected threshold. Specifically, we prove: If the Hölder exponent of $E^s$ exceeds the expected value, then $E^s$ is $C^{1+}$ and $E^u \oplus E^s$ is jointly integrable. If the Hölder exponent of $E^c$ exceeds the expected value, then $W^c$ forms a $C^{1+}$ foliation. If $E^s$ (or $E^c$) does not exhibit excessive Hölder regularity, it must have a fractal graph. These and related results originate from a general non-fractal invariance principle: for a skew product $F$ over a partially hyperbolic system $f$, if $F$ expands fibers more weakly than $f$ along $W^u_f$ in the base, then for any $F$-invariant section, if $\Phi$ has no a fractal graph, then it is smooth along $W^u_f$ and holonomy-invariant. Motivated by these findings, we propose a new conjecture on the stable fractal or stable smooth behavior of invariant distributions in typical partially hyperbolic diffeomorphisms.

Holomorphic Floer theory I: exponential integrals in finite and infinite dimensions

Abstract:In the first of the series of papers devoted to our project ``Holomorphic Floer Theory" we discuss exponential integrals and related wall-crossing structures. We emphasize two points of view on the subject: the one based on the ideas of deformation quantization and the one based on the ideas of Floer theory. Their equivalence is a corollary of our generalized Riemann-Hilbert correspondence. In the case of exponential integrals this amounts to several comparison isomorphisms between local and global versions of de Rham and Betti cohomology. We develop the corresponding theories in particular generalizing Morse-Novikov theory to the holomorphic case. We prove that arising wall-crossing structures are analytic. As a corollary, perturbative expansions of exponential integrals are resurgent. Based on a careful study of finite-dimensional exponential integrals we propose a conjectural approach to infinite-dimensional exponential integrals. We illustrate this approach in the case of Feynman path integral with holomorphic Lagrangian boundary conditions as well as in the case of the complexified Chern-Simons theory. We discuss the arising perverse sheaf of infinite rank as well as analyticity of the corresponding ``Chern-Simons wall-crossing structure". We develop a general theory of quantum wave functions and show that in the case of Chern-Simons theory it gives an alternative description of the Chern-Simons wall-crossing structure based on the notion of generalized Nahm sum. We propose several conjectures about analyticity and resurgence of the corresponding perturbative series.

Abstract:We work on the uniqueness, <a class="link-https" data-arxiv-id="gr-qc/0504147" href="https://arxiv.org/abs/gr-qc/0504147">gr-qc/0504147</a>, of representations of the holonomy-flux algebra in loop quantum gravity. We argue that for analytic diffeomorphisms, the flux operators can be only constants as functions on the configuration space in representations with no anomaly, which are zero in the standard representation.

Abstract:Fourier matrices naturally appear in many applications and their stability is closely tied to performance guarantees of algorithms. The starting point of this article is a result that characterizes properties of an exponential system on a union of cubes in $\mathbb{R}^d$ in terms of a general class of Fourier matrices and their extreme singular values. This relationship is flexible in the sense that it holds for any dimension $d$, for many types of exponential systems (Riesz bases, Riesz sequences, or frames) and for Fourier matrices with an arbitrary number of rows and columns. From there, we prove new stability results for Fourier matrices by exploiting this connection and using powerful stability theorems for exponential systems. This paper provides a systematic exploration of this connection and suggests some natural open questions.

Abstract:For $G=\mathrm{SL}_2$ or $\mathrm{GL}_2$, we present explicit formulas for the nonabelian Fourier kernels on $G$, as conjectured by A. Braverman and D. Kazhdan. Additionally, we furnish explicit formulas for the orbital Hankel transform on $G$, a topic investigated by the second author, and provide an explicit formula for the stable orbital integral of the basic function. These results are applicable to local fields with residual characteristics other than two.

Abstract:Based on the recent progress in the irregular Riemann-Hilbert correspondence, we study the monodromies at infinity of the holomorphic solutions of Fourier transforms of holonomic D-modules in some situations. Formulas for their eigenvalues are obtained by applying the theory of monodromy zeta functions to our previous results on the enhanced solution complexes of the Fourier transforms. In particular, in dimension one we thus find a reciprocity law between the monodromies at infinity of holonomic D-modules and their Fourier transforms.

Abstract:We reinterpret a result of T. Mochizuki about the Fourier transform of Stokes data of irregular connections on the Riemann sphere in the language of Stokes local systems due to P. Boalch. We thus obtain a clean topological description of the Stokes matrices of the Fourier transform from infinity to infinity in a large number of cases of one level. In particular, this induces explicit isomorphisms between wild character varieties, in a much larger range of examples than those for which such isomorphisms have previously been written down. We conjecture that these isomorphisms are compatible with the quasi-Hamiltonian structure of the wild character varieties.

Abstract:In this paper we describe the tangent vectors of the stable and unstable manifold of a class of Anosov diffeomorphisms on the torus $\mathbb{T}^2$ using the method of formal series and derivative trees. We start with linear automorphism that is hyperbolic and whose eigenvectors are orthogonal. Then we study the perturbation of such maps by trigonometric polynomial. It is known that there exist a (continuous) map $H$ which acts as a change of coordinate between the perturbed and unperturbed system, but such a map is in general, not differentiable. By "re-scaling" the parametrization $H$, we will be able to obtain the explicit formula for the tangent vectors of these maps.

However, there exist intriguing hybrid theories that are topological in some directions and holomorphic in others, such as twists of supersymmetric field theories or Costello's 4-dimensional Chern-Simons theory. In this paper, we rigorously prove the ultraviolet (UV) finiteness for such hybrid theories on flat space, and present two significant vanishing results regarding anomalies.

Abstract:Let $A(G)$ and $B(H)$ be the Fourier and Fourier-Stieltjes algebras of locally compact groups $G$ and $H$, respectively. Ilie and Spronk have shown that continuous piecewise affine maps $\alpha: Y \subseteq H\rightarrow G$ induce completely bounded homomorphisms $\Phi:A(G)\rightarrow B(H)$, and that when $G$ is amenable, every completely bounded homomorphism arises in this way. This generalised work of Cohen in the abelian setting. We believe that there is a gap in a key lemma of the existing argument, which we do not see how to repair. We present here a different strategy to show the result, which instead of using topological arguments, is more combinatorial and makes use of measure theoretic ideas, following more closely the original ideas of Cohen.

Abstract:We investigate the topological string correspondence of the five-dimensional half-BPS Wilson loops on $S^1$. First, we propose the refined holomorphic anomaly equations for the BPS sectors of the Wilson loop expectation values. We then solve these equations and obtain many non-trivial novel integral refined BPS invariants for rank-one models. By studying the Wilson loop expectation values around the conifold point, we obtain the quantum spectra of the quantum Hamiltonians of the associated integrable systems. Lastly, as an application, the study of this paper leads to a generalization of the blowup equations for arbitrary magnetic fluxes that satisfy the flux quantization condition.
