Abstract:The author believes that the laboratory's importance could not be overvalued.Concerning and comparing foreign circumstance of some famous laboratories,the author proposed scheme how to construct tiptop laboratory,and the role played by the laboratory in the process of cultivating scientists with high quality.Some issues existed in our laboratories were pointed out,and a series of countermeasures were offered.Such as to fully draw out the use efficiency of instruments and equipments,thinking highly of matching and supporting of instruments and equipments,and so on.Then these equipments can produces the best possible result.

Abstract:The reform and practice of the undergraduates' experiment teaching management in the Department of Information and Electronic Engineering are discussed.The experimental teaching center is constructed,which centralizes all laboratories separated in different majors and consolidates management for all experiment courses.So,high laboratory resource utilization efficiency and resource sharing are realized,and the laboratory staff can be greatly inspirited to research on experiment teaching and construct the laboratories.The improvement of the experiment teaching quality is thus expected.

Abstract:Advanced teaching facilities and the policy of opening laboratories to students play an important role in raising the quality in the experimental teaching of Genetics. This article introduces the superiority of some advanced instruments and equipment (such as digital microscope mutual laboratory system, flow cytometry, and NIRSystems) in the experimental teaching of genetics, and illustrates with examples the significance of exposing students to experiments in developing their creative consciousness and creative ability. This article also offers some new concepts on the further improvement upon teaching in the laboratory.

Abstract:Laboratories are important bases for the universities to train talents,to perform scientific reach and to serve the society.The administrations and the universities paid much attention to the construction of laboratories.During the period of the 11th Five-Year Development Plan,the Ministry of and the Ministry of Finance conducted the Quality and Teaching Reform Program for Undergraduate Education and started the construction of national demonstration centers of experimental teaching to promote laboratory construction and teaching reform in universities.This paper,after the analysis of the common problems in the construction and management of labs in universities,and in conjunction with the nation's need for the cultivation of top talents and the promotion of international competitive power in research,gives suggestion on the working of the labs from the perspective of regulation construction,technician team construction,fund insurance system construction etc.

Abstract:Opening laboratory is one of the effective measures to cultivate students' practice ability. Strengthening opening laboratory management is a new topic that we are facing in the experimental teaching reform. Over the years,in laboratory of basic experimental courses,we have been in the implementation of management based on the principle of " student-centered and teachers in charge mode" while in laboratory of comprehensive and designed experimental courses,we have been in the implementation of " student management,teacher examination and supervision mode" to cultivate students' comprehensive quality. Abstract:University laboratory is an important place to train professional and technical personnel, and doing laboratory safety management well is the basic guarantee of all teaching activities. Traditional laboratory management in colleges and universities often relies on the registration of paper forms, regular information reporting and unified safety education and training, which are prone to problems such as untimely information transmission and inadequate safety education. In current college education and teaching, college laboratory plays an important role in strengthening students' innovation ability and training students' practical ability. Therefore, university laboratory has become an important way to highlight the ability and strength of universities. Experimental courses in colleges and universities can not only teach students some professional knowledge, but also help students establish innovative thinking and find learning methods and strategies from experiments. In order to meet the actual needs of the current teaching reform in colleges and universities, the system construction and management methods of open laboratory science have been strengthened. Through the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of university laboratory management, it is found that there are problems such as backward management mode and management method in the current university laboratory. This paper analyzes the current situation of university laboratory management and optimization countermeasures as follows.
