Abstract:By using the method of questionnaire,statistics,comparison and analysis on coaches and athletes in Zhejiang and others provinces,the author thinks that the main problem is poor management mechanism on Wushu.It leads to coaches and athletes lacking of training enthusiasm,advantage of talented athletes cannot be exerted fully and cannot form self-characteristics.It suggests that establishing Wushu management center in Zhejiang province,reforming employment mechanism,adjusting structure of coaches,making good use of human resource,perfecting encouragement and carrying on object management.

Abstract:Based on the method of the documentary,interview and on-the spot investigation,this paper analyzes the situation of sports facility construction in the commercial residential communities in Hangzhou city.The result shows that floor space of sports facility in majority new residential communities can meet the under-standard set by government,but minority new residential areas can meet the up-standard.On the whole,the author thinks that sports facilities in Hangzhou new city residential areas doesn't meet thee public increasing needs for sport activities,what are the troubles of plan and management of the new residential areas,points out some trouble which needs settle right away.Corresponding suggestions are benefit to the supporting facilities construction of the commercial residential communities in Hangzhou city.

Abstract:With the methods of documentary,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,taking Hangzhou as an example,urban community sports management system in Chinese economically developed areas is researched.The major problems existing in community sports management system are analyzed.Restriction factors and innovative factors of the urban community sports system reform are researched.On the basis of current sports system reform,according to the management system of our community and the relationship between the management departments of community sports and the practice of community sports activity,a new management mode for community sports is put forward,which consists of the strong government and big society.

Abstract:In order to keep abreast of the existing state of the city body-building clubs and some relevant conditions,a survey has been made on the body-building clubs in Hangzhou by means of inquiry poll,visiting investigation and document study.Through the analysis of series of statistical data and system of their expression the difficulties and problems commonly existing in the course of developing clubs for body-building in Hangzhou were concluded.Appropriate suggestions are offered so as to help the body-building clubs in the city develop healthily

In this article,through the methods of literature,the study of the status quo of our country sports fitness club,found that many problems exist in the developing of fitness clubs in China:government lacks effective management mechanism,imperfect service system,their own lack of professional talents and scientific management mechanism,form a single marketing propaganda. Abstract:Using the methods of literature,questionnaire and expert interview,this article analyses the present situation of PE teachers in 13 independent colleges in Nanjing city and puts forward some advice on improvement of physical education teachers of independent colleges.The research results show that the number of full-time teachers can not meet the needs of independent college sports teaching;the title structure is low; the level of scientific research of primary;part-time teacher personnel mobility,poor stability.Increasing the number of full-time teachers,improving their scientific research level and going out to participate in training or academic exchange activities are the important ways to optimize the structure of teachers and improve the teaching level.

Abstract:By questionnaire investigation, expert interview and mathematical statistics, the types of sports clubs in colleges and universities of China were classified and studied. The characteristics of sports clubs developing in colleges and universities of China nowadays were analyzed and summed up. It was considered that the three types of sports clubs in colleges and universities of China have their features of integrity, autonomy, opening, variety, evaluation and management. Sports clubs in colleges and universities are the embodiment of physical education ideology in colleges and universities of China. They have become the carrier and relegation of the hotspots in physical education research of institutions of higher learning and have the important theoretical and practical significance for shortening the distance between educational theory and practice so as to establish a physical education management system of modern universities.

Abstract:By using the method of field survey on the category, scale and distribution of community sports facilities and the questionnaire on resident’s utilization of these facilities in the western residential area of Hangzhou city, This paper found out that there were many problems in community sports facilities such as the absence of the category, small scale, the irrational distribution and so on. These problems were mainly caused for failure to regard highly on sports facilities planning in urban community, the lack of the uniform planning and the low facilities standard. In order to develop the community sports work, we should draw up the specialized planning about the urban sports facilities, enhance the screening in the layout of sports facilities in the process planning the residential district, and promote the level of sports facilities in the old and new communities.

Abstract:In recent years, the Chinese government has issued a series of documents, including the National Guideline for Teaching Physical Education Courses in Ordinary Higher Education Schools, the Basic Standards for Physical Education Work in Higher Education Schools, and the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Strengthening School Physical Education for the Overall Development of Students' Physical and Mental Health. In response to these documents, colleges and universities in China have been actively promoting sports reform initiatives. This study uses literature review, Delphi method, and mathematical statistics to investigate the current situation of sports development on the campus of Hubei Enshi College, and to analyze the necessity and feasibility of sports clubbased teaching. Specifically, the study focuses on the development of sports clubs at Hubei Enshi College, and examines the challenges and opportunities for reform. The study finds that the development of sports clubs at Hubei Enshi College lacks an efficient and complete organizational and management framework, and that the current teaching situation faces the dilemma of "one size fits all". In addition, the study identifies the lack of integration of teaching resources between the first and second classes, and the lack of branding effect of campus sports culture. The study concludes by providing feasible suggestions for the optimal development of sports clubs at Hubei Enshi College, in line with the university's educational philosophy of "establishing moral education, teaching students according to theirabilities, and applying learning to practice".

Abstract:Undertaking advanced sports teams in Colleges is the important implementation of Combination of Sports and Cultural Education for training outstanding sports talents.But there is a gap between the status of advanced sports teams' education and objective of undertaking colleges' advanced sports teams.This paper analyzes the status quo and problems from the four aspects of the education objective,the education and teaching mode,the education quality and employment conditions,and the status of reserved sports talents.Furthermore,the career competitiveness is improved through the following perspectives: the all-round education philosophy,awakening of personal career planning,training of compound skills and individual career guidance,which is the right way to form a virtuous circle.

After examining the status quo of sports games in colleges and universities in general,the study discusses ways to reform sports games in high-level independent colleges,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions concerning their development direction. Finally,the study concludes that sports games in high-level independent colleges need to weaken competition,emphasize ability,and encourage participation.

Abstract:The authors have made a thorough and detailed investigation on the present status of the high-level volleyball teams from general institutions of higher learning in Jiangsu province. The results indicate that there are a number of problems for these sports teams. The problems include that the target for the sports teams is unclear; the facilities in gymnasiums are outdated;the technological inputs are few;there is little cooperation with other P. E. universities and research institutions; the mode of team forming is unitary without making full use of the advantages of sports teams of institutions of higher learning; there are also contradictions between study and training for team members;the team players have few chances for contests;and the policy and means of enrollment should be reformed.
