Abstract:Based on the method of the documentary,interview and on-the spot investigation,this paper analyzes the situation of sports facility construction in the commercial residential communities in Hangzhou city.The result shows that floor space of sports facility in majority new residential communities can meet the under-standard set by government,but minority new residential areas can meet the up-standard.On the whole,the author thinks that sports facilities in Hangzhou new city residential areas doesn't meet thee public increasing needs for sport activities,what are the troubles of plan and management of the new residential areas,points out some trouble which needs settle right away.Corresponding suggestions are benefit to the supporting facilities construction of the commercial residential communities in Hangzhou city.

Abstract:By using the method of documentary, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this article makes an investigation on restricted factors of students participating in leisure sports. The result shows that at internal mental factors, there is no significant different between two genders, but students coming from different regions and specialty exist significant different. At social communication restricted factors, different students exist significant different among each group. At structural restricted factors, each group does not exist significant different. The order of restricted factors from strong to weak is as follow: structural, social communication and internal mental factors.

Abstract:With the methods of documentary,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,taking Hangzhou as an example,urban community sports management system in Chinese economically developed areas is researched.The major problems existing in community sports management system are analyzed.Restriction factors and innovative factors of the urban community sports system reform are researched.On the basis of current sports system reform,according to the management system of our community and the relationship between the management departments of community sports and the practice of community sports activity,a new management mode for community sports is put forward,which consists of the strong government and big society.

Abstract:The authors analyzed the current state of the mechanism of selection and evaluation of physical education instructors and researchers in Hubei province,found that the mechanism of selection and evaluation of physical education instructors and researchers had such common problems as being undiversified and floppy,and proposed that we should establish a set of complete and scientific selection and evaluation systems,in which the candidates are recommended by basic units,evaluation and employment are combined with administrative appointment,and performance evaluation is combined with effect evaluation,so as to boost the construction and development of the physical education instructor and researcher team in China.

Abstract:In order to make a thorough research of the folk sports heritage in Xuzhou area,and to bring into play the function of folk sports in promoting the social development of this area,this paper makes an analysis of the characteristics,classification,existing forms and present status quo of the folk sports resouces in Xuzhou area,and provides some strategies.Though rich in folk sports resouces,Xuzhou area was slow in its pace of developing folk sports due to problems with exploitation,protection,and cultural awareness.The paper proposes to lead a industrializing road to enhance exploitation,arrangement,encrouragement of good variation,and digging up of cultural meanings.

Abstract:Using the methods of literature,questionnaire and expert interview,this article analyses the present situation of PE teachers in 13 independent colleges in Nanjing city and puts forward some advice on improvement of physical education teachers of independent colleges.The research results show that the number of full-time teachers can not meet the needs of independent college sports teaching;the title structure is low; the level of scientific research of primary;part-time teacher personnel mobility,poor stability.Increasing the number of full-time teachers,improving their scientific research level and going out to participate in training or academic exchange activities are the important ways to optimize the structure of teachers and improve the teaching level.

Abstract:Using the methods of questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, this paper made a spot check on the undergraduates as well as graduates' sporrts exercise and physical condition of six universities in Beijing district.The investigation outcome was frustrated since the total number of the studets who can insist on physical training three times per week is less than 20% compared with al lthe people who accepted the investigation.The common excuses they often adopted are the busy course schedule, excessive homework and very poor sport conditionings.The author of this article thus propose to the relative education administrative department to put more emphasis on the physical education of the undergraduates as well as the graduate students in the universities.

Abstract:By means of literature reviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and on-the-spot observations,an investigation was carried out taking various social sports centers as the research subjects.The result indicates that there are four major locations for mass sports in Beijing,which include sports events or associations;sports activity stations;sports centers (rooms or stations) with permanent indoor exercising spaces and health and exercise spots for the mass.Most of the people who take part in these sports activities are medium or lower-medium income earners and their cost in sports is relatively low.Most of them prefer to use less variety of sports equipment or never use at all.
