Abstract:This smart storage and washing integrated cabinet based on sine mechanism mainly includes three functional modules: cleaning, storage and transportation. Each part of the organization to cooperate with each other to achieve three basic functions, such as no dead-end dishwashing, tableware storage and according to the instructions to take dishes. Not only that, it also enables additional functions such as drying disinfection and residue filtration. Abstract:This article deals with the design of energy efficient water utilization systems allowing operation split. Practical features such as operating flexibility and capital cost have made the number of sub operations an important parameter of the problem. By treating the direct and indirect heat transfers separately, target freshwater and energy consumption as well as the operation split conditions are first obtained. Subsequently, a mixed integer non-linear programming (MINLP) model is established for the design of water network and the heat exchanger network (HEN). The proposed systematic approach is limited to a single contaminant. Example from literature is used to illustrate the applicability of the approach.

Abstract:The design and manufacture of automatic conveyor-based dishwashers is a complex process that involves the integration of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. The main objective of this project is to create a low cost, highly efficient, water and detergent saving based dishwasher that can handle a bulk number of dishes in a very short time. Dishwashers are designed to transport dishes automatically using a conveyor belt system. The system includes the flow of water and detergents to ensure optimal cleaning and hygiene. The manufacturing process includes material selection, creation of detailed computer aided design (CAD) models, and machine construction using precision manufacturing techniques. The result is a reliable and efficient dishwasher that can meet the needs of commercial kitchens and other high-volume food service operations. The main goal of semi-automatic dishwashers is to reduce human effort and time with an innovative simple design. The dishwasher design has been made environment friendly as well by introducing reusing of water and less consumption of detergent. The proposed dishwasher in this work is a new concept that does all the work of a traditional dishwashing i.e.; plate placing, detergent spraying, sparkling water in one wash cycle. In addition to that the dishwasher model is composed of AC gear Motors, Universal Motor, Conveyor chain and a central controller for the control of process and time delaying. This work also presents the benefits of water, time and detergent saving by using the proposed dishwasher as compared to conventional dishwashing.

Abstract:Abstract In order to effectively solve the problem that the subsequent waste treatment is affected by foreign bodies such as bones and hard shells in kitchen waste, reduce the treatment cost and improve the utilization efficiency of kitchen waste, this paper designs a small kitchen waste Intelligent Classification Recycling and reprocessing device which can be applied to school canteens, communities and township waste treatment plants. The device is mainly composed of mechanical body, central processing unit, detection and sensing system and post-processing system design. Abstract:Ordinary sanitary ware causes a lot of water waste due to its high water consumption, this situation should be improved urgently. A type of vacuum water saving sanitary ware has been designed, including working principle, design of the valve and pinhole, selection of electromotor. A test has been executed to compare performances between the designed sanitary ware and an ordinary sanitary ware. The result indicates: the designed sanitary ware has almost no affinity with the dirt, and its water consumption is nearly equal to one tenth of ordinary sanitary ware's water consumption.

Abstract:In recent years, people began to pay extensive attention to the impact of unsustainability of production and consumption in industrial system on environment, economy and society. Kitchen products, the carrier of kitchen culture, are perhaps the most traditional industrial products in China. Driven by consumers' demand for product diversity and interest and the market, based on the concept of “internet plus”, we put the traditional ecological design concept of kitchen utensils into the design of kitchen utensils, so that the kitchen utensils can achieve maximum flexibility in use; From the perspective of enterprises, shorten the design cycle, save costs, and thus increase market competitiveness. Combining environmental protection concept with ecological design of traditional kitchen utensils, the system consists of four subsystems: ecological design technical analysis, ecological design implementation, ecological design evaluation and support guarantee. The construction of this system has certain theoretical and practical significance for realizing the harmony between industrial development and environmental protection.

Abstract:This work presents design and fabrication of efficient and economical ultrasonic utensil cleaning machine. Electrical energy is converted into Mechanical energy by transducer. Transducer vibrates with ultrasonic frequency supplied to it by the frequency producer. These vibrations produce cavitation bubbles in the solvent/water. The size of the bubbles is in micron range. The mass of the cavitation bubbles depend on the rate of recurrence of the transducer. These bubbles act as scrubber which scrub the surface of utensil thus removing the soils/dirt stick on it. The size of the bubble is so small it does not cause any damage to the surface of utensil. Higher the frequency, more homogeneous will be the cleaning. Rinsing is provided within the system which will make it more compact. To keep the contaminants away from the cleaned surface, sweep frequency is used. Rotation to the basket is given by the motor. This rotation helps to reduce the cycle time and also dry the surface of utensil by centrifugal action. So when the utensil is removed from the basket it is ready for use. By this technology cycle time will be reduced drastically. Without any human efforts it can clean the dirtiest stains from the oily utensils. All types of utensils can be cleaned whether it is ceramics, glass, copper, wood, aluminum, stainless steel, etc. This cleaning process is more hygienic and can clean more efficiently compared to conventional cleaning.

Abstract:This study explores the design of intelligent water dispensers for young rental housing groups to meet their needs for convenience, instant water supply, and energy efficiency. With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase in youth mobility, traditional drinking water solutions can no longer fully meet the needs of this group. Through literature research, questionnaire surveys, and user and expert interviews, this article comprehensively analyzes the market demand, user preferences, and user experience of smart water dispensers. Research has found that young users prefer smart water dispensers that are hot, energy-efficient, and easy to operate, while also having high expectations for product appearance design and technological innovation. Based on the research results, this article proposes a user centered design strategy, aiming to improve user experience and enhance product market competitiveness by optimizing the design elements of intelligent water dispensers at the instinctive, behavioral, and reflective levels. This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the product innovation and market strategy of intelligent water dispensers.

Abstract:This article presents a design scheme for a dishwashing system based on loofahs and develops a prototype. The dishwashing system contains seven parts: the transceiver device, the slag removing device, the main cleaning device, flushing device, the drying and the sterilizing device, the water supply and drainage device and the monitoring interface. We use PLC timing to control the transceiver device, which can save labor and reduce costs. The slag removing device cleans the dishes roughly using loofah brush heads. The main cleaning device contains a rotary cleaning part and a conveying cleaning part. Both of them are easy to disassemble and update; the PLC module controls the block cylinder to fix the dish, and then the conveyor belt drives the loofah cleaning belt to clean the bottom of dish, at the mean time the loofah brush head cleans the groove of dish. The flushing device rinses dishes with tap water. The drying and sterilizing device consists of a turnover part, a water absorption part and a heat drying part. Finally, we can get dry and sterile dishes. The water supply and drainage device comprises a sewage pipe, a water circulation pipe and a waste heat utilization pipeline, and it realizes the water circulation of the whole dishwashing system. The monitoring interface ensures the cleaning effect of the dishwashing system. Compared with the traditional dishwashers, the dishwashing system in this paper has remarkable energy-saving and emission reduction effects, along with great market space and promotion value at the same time.

Abstract:This study proposes a novel method to improve the cold water supply capacity and reduce energy consumption using a multi-layer water separator to replace the single-layer water separator. This method can delay the mixing intensity between ambient temperature water in the top area and cold water and increase the average temperature under the standby state inside the cold tank. The relationship between the structural parameters of the multi-layer water separator, cold water temperature, and cold water volume in each layer is established, and an optimization method for the structural parameters is proposed. An optimized design example is given using a multi-level separator to replace the single-layer water separator in the storage hot and cold water dispenser, and an experiment is conducted. The experimental results prove that the standby energy consumption of the water dispenser fabricated using the newly proposed three-layer water separator is reduced by 15% with the same release capacity when compared with the baseline structure.

Abstract:One of the main sources of air pollution in chemical and biological laboratories is the chemical pollutants released from reagent bottles.In order to improve the air quality in such locations,designs the ductless self-cleaning chemical cabinet adopting the air cleaning technology combined vacuum ultraviolet photo-catalytic and ozone catalytic decomposition.Determines the key parameters of the cleaning module based on the experimental data—the time for photo-catalytic reaction is 30 s,and the bed depth of the ozone decomposition unit is 3 cm.The test results show that the cleaning effect of the model machine can meet the requirement of the standard.

Abstract:The paper considers the feasibility of using a jet aeration system for water and energy saving in the operation of sweepers, irrigation and washing machines, channel washing machines. On the basis of physical models of air-water jets are made to the calculation of process parameters of aeration of the working fluid, to establish the possibility of reducing the consumption of water supplied to the washing chamber sewer machine 15%, when the pressure of the water inlet to the water system is 0.17 ATM. To establish the limits for regulating the parameters of the aeration process of liquid jets, a complete factor experiment was conducted for 6 significant factors. The resulting mathematical model of the water jet aeration process is adequate to the process under study. The limits of regulation of the process in question are determined: compressed air pressure, Q=0.3 - 0.35 MPa; nozzle size z=5-8 mm; angle of attack of the abrasive jet α=55-60°; distance to the treated surface L=120-180 mm; appropriate reduction of the diameter of the water jet during aeration -15÷ 50%. It is shown that the water saving in the washing chamber on the example of the KO-502B2 channel washing machine based on the ZIL-433362 chassis when using the aeration system will be, and the pump power will decrease by 1709 watts. Analysis of the main trends in the development of municipal equipment has shown that the provision of resource-saving technologies for cleaning, maintenance of urban areas and pipelines is one of the priorities in the development of housing and utilities.

The drying shoe cabinet with deodorizing and refreshing functions comprises a cabinet body, and clapboards are arranged in the cabinet body. The drying shoe cabinet with deodorizing and refreshing functions is characterized in that a main air pipe is arranged in the cabinet body, an air inlet is formed in the main air pipe, a temperature controller and a temperature sensor are arranged in the main air pipe, and the temperature controller is connected with the temperature sensor through a lead. An auxiliary air pipe is arranged between each two adjacent clapboards in the cabinet body. Each auxiliary air pipe is provided with a sub-air pipe, and a first air outlet is formed in each sub-air pipe. A fan, a heater, a main controller and a fresh perfume volatilizing device are arranged in the cabinet body, and the fan, heater, temperature controller and fresh perfume volatilizing device are connected with the main controller through leads. The fresh perfume volatilizing device is communicated with the cavity of the main air pipe. A second air outlet is formed in the cabinet body. After shoes are stored in the shoe cabinet, people feel comfortable to wear the shoes, the shoes rarely threaten the health of the feet of people, and the service life of the shoes is long; the drying shoe cabinet with deodorizing and refreshing functions is capable of saving energy, easy to operate and high in safety and does not influence the mood of a user.
