Abstract:Abstract: China has fully entered the era of digital economy, and undoubtedly, the e-commerce industry needs to keep pace with the times and evolve into a new stage of development: integrating artificial intelligence with e-commerce. Nowadays, an abundance of new productivity tools have unveiled new opportunities for the e-commerce industry. This study focuses on Alibaba International, a premier global digital trading platform, to illustrate the applications of artificial intelligence tools in e-commerce, examine both the positive and negative impacts of these tools on e-commerce, and suggest strategies for enhancing e-commerce Operation Management. The aim is to offer enlightenments for small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce businesses. Through this case analysis, it can be understood that intelligent e-commerce has provided many conveniences for the e-commerce industry, but also faces a series of challenges, such as AI generated false or infringing content, and increased operational management difficulties. In this situation, e-commerce companies should take strengthening the cultivation of intelligent talents as a guarantee, focusing on customer experience and valuing personalized product needs as advantages, and improving operational management efficiency through the reasonable use of favorable policies to bring profits to the enterprise.

Abstract:E-commerce, driven by computer and internet technology, has experienced a significant growth in almost all fields during the past two decades. E-commerce has significantly changed the rules of business. Numerous research institutions and enterprises have made e-commerce more intelligent and convenient. Here, we propose a novel prototype of next-generation e-commerce platform with an architecture framework and theoretical models. Each subject, including the individual, enterprise, and administrative department, has his/her personalized portal to complete the subject information synchronization, supply release, demand satisfaction, and social contact. By using the personalized portal, instead of the traditional trading platform, the consumers and suppliers can complete intelligent matching transactions without intermediate traders. Moreover, the overall transaction process can be reviewed, making the transaction safer, more transparent, and more interesting. Moreover, the interconnected personalized portals solve the isolated islands of information, and the counterparts support parallel processing. Thus, this may improve the operating efficiency of the entire society.

Abstract:Through the analysis on the demands of automotive and motorcycle parts enterprises, a model for intelligent business system is set up. The system structure of electronic virtual market for automotive and motorcycle parts is studied and the function structure of personalized recommendation system for E-commerce is constructed. According to the research on negotiation mechanism, the framework of intelligent negotiation system and the process of negotiation service for automotive and motorcycle parts are proposed. Based on the study on the application of three subsystems in automotive and motorcycle part industry, the strong points and defects of intelligent business system are discussed. The research indicates that the system better meets the needs of business in automotive and motorcycle part industry by using ASP pattern and intelligent technology, realizing the intelligentization of business.

Abstract:With the popularity of the Internet, e-commerce platform has become one of the main shopping channels for consumers. Building an efficient and intelligent customer service system is a problem that e-commerce platform must solve. This paper introduces the realization method of intelligent customer service system based on machine learning and rule base, and analyzes its influence on user experience. The experimental results show that the introduction of intelligent customer service system can significantly improve user satisfaction, service efficiency, user retention rate and conversion rate, which means that intelligent customer service system can better solve user problems and needs, improve user experience and create more stable and reliable value for e-commerce platform. This discovery is of great significance to e-commerce platforms, because they need to meet the challenges brought by the increase in the number of users and ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of users.

Abstract:The invention discloses an electronic commerce shopping system and relates to an online shopping system. The electronic commerce shopping system comprises a foreground function module and a background function module. The foreground function module comprises a user registration module, a user log-in module, a merchandise information browsing module, a dynamic announcement module, a shopping trolley module, an order inquiry module and a link exchange module. The background function module comprises a merchandise management module, a member setting module, a password change module, an order management module, an announcement management module and a link exchange management module. The electronic commerce shopping system is practical and a method rapid and convenient to use is provided for merchandise information management and user information management; operation is simple, it is guaranteed that the system can be adapted to users with different computer levels, and system operation is as simple as possible; the code readability is good, the system is clear in structure, codes are simple and readable, and following maintenance and expansion are facilitated.

Abstract:Internet shopping gradually surpassed conventional retail shopping; it has been taken up internationally by many customers. However, e-commerce in emerging markets remains at an early stage, and thus, the factors that lead to its acceptance must be discovered. The main objective is to combine the expected theory of behavior, rational activity, and the technology model’s acceptability using big data analysis (BDA) to evaluate the main predictors of internet buying plans. The growth in online shopping raises rivalry in the area of e-commerce between various organizations. The existing enterprise planning methods became obsolete with the advent of technology. Enterprises must adapt market intelligence through big data analysis to improve the business process in e-commerce. In the e-commerce market world, the influence of BDA plays a crucial part. The proposed model addresses different methodologies and methods for data analysis e-commerce. Users are proposing several new ways of enhancing market intelligence using BDA in the e-commerce sector. The findings show the relevance of the reasonable action theory and technology acceptance model, for explaining online shopping intentions, confirmation that e-commerce behavior often determines intentional purchases online, which in turn can be explained in terms of perceived utility, how easy it is to use, and how subjective the online shopping rule is perceived. This perspective of online shopping intention has contributed to a paradigm change in the e-commerce industry, as data is no longer viewed as the outcome of their market practices but as their greatest asset: a vital insight into the needs of consumers, a prediction of customer behavior patterns, the democracy of publicity to match consumer preferences, and success assessment to determine efficiency in meeting customers. The experimental outcomes of suggested BDA enhance the order delivery ratio (95.2%), customer behavior analysis ratio (92.6%), product quality ratio (97.6%), customer satisfaction ratio (95.9%), and demand prediction ratio (96.3%).

Abstract:In recent years, with the continuous development of the country's Internet platforms, China has gradually entered the e-commerce era of national online shopping, and more and more e-commerce platforms and stores have adopted intelligent recommendation systems to increase transaction rates. However, it is not easy for consumers to filter out the products they want from a large amount of information. The emergence of intelligent recommendation systems provides great convenience for people to screen out personalized products that meet their own characteristics. However, the algorithms used in traditional recommendation technology focus on the single-computer environment and do not consider the performance of the recommendation method when distributed parallel processing is required in the big data environment, so it cannot meet the personalized needs of users in the big data environment. Aiming at the new requirements for the development of e-commerce intelligent recommendation technology in the big data environment, this paper uses the big data processing technology based on cloud computing and focuses on the realization technology of the e-commerce intelligent recommendation algorithm and the comprehensive evaluation method of the recommendation system in the big data environment. A prototype system of personalized intelligent recommendation based on cloud computing has been developed, which is of great importance to meet the needs of e-commerce personalized intelligent recommendation in the big data environment, improve the effectiveness, scale, and real-time performance of the personalized intelligent recommendation system, and improve the level of personalized precision marketing., which is of theoretical significance and economic value.

Abstract:Under the rapid development of the Internet, the rise of e-commerce, more and more people trade goods through the network. The rapid development of the network needs more and more people in the current society, so the types of online shopping malls are therefore more colorful. Online bookstores are one of them. At home or abroad, there are a lot of mature large online bookstores, which can expand the scale and influence of businesses, reduce operating costs and improve work efficiency. The network bookstore system is based on B/S structure, which can register users, search and purchase and other functions. The operation that can be carried out in physical stores can also be completed on the network, and online shopping is realized without the restriction of time and place.
