Abstract:Besides usability, visual appearance also plays an important role in influencing users' attitudes towards the mobile shopping apps. This article presents a pilot study that explores users' and designers' preferences for mobile shopping app user interfaces (UIs). The study consisted of two phases. (1) Eliciting participants' perception of UIs similarity by sorting, using DISTATIS and cluster analysis, the UIs similarity perceptual space was identified. (2) Eliciting participants' overall preference by rating. The results identified three typical UIs and the distribution of ideal preference UIs for users and designers. Last, users and designers' differences in the UI preference were discussed.

Abstract:This paper presents a case study of end users and designers and how they perceive different mobile shopping app user interfaces (UIs). This paper aims to explore the UI preference differences between users and designers and elucidate specified UI attributes that are reflective of user preferences. This paper contains three procedures: 1) eliciting users' and designers' UI perceptual similarity by sorting to identify UI perceptual similarity space; 2) eliciting users' and designers' overall preferences by rating, which displays the preference dimensions; and 3) eliciting users' and designers' idiosyncratic perceptions by using the repertory grid technique (RGT), which indicates the UI perceptual differences between the users and the designers. The specified inter-group perceptual differences were detected by comparing RGT-elicited perceptions. The UI design features were explored, which influenced the designers' and users' subjective evaluations. The results showed four typical mobile shopping app UIs, and the distribution of ideal preference UIs for users and designers was evaluated. Through the experiments, rich qualitative insights were quantified, and valuable information from the participants was obtained. The specified design attributes of UI on the mobile shopping app, which improved user satisfaction, were found out. Moreover, those attributes will help designers know which important attributes should be noted.

The two online agent samples are from IKEA.co.uk and ebay.co.uk respectively. In order to analysis Anna, the IKEA online agent and Louise, the eBay online agent, certain human-computer interactive indicator will be given. After comparison the advantage and disadvantages of them, this paper will give a conclusion and bring up a new type of online agent form, which will be more convenient for people and will be more personalized.

Abstract:With the popularization of personal computers and the development of the Internet, the number of netizens is increasing. The emerging B2C e-commerce platform shows the fierce competition in the e-commerce market. B2C e-commerce distribution is faced with the problems of high distribution cost, long time, and poor quality, which leads to the poor user experience of B2C online shopping and the lack of trust in e-commerce enterprises. This research mainly discusses the user experience evaluation of B2C e-commerce websites based on fuzzy information. First, the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to construct a hierarchical evaluation system, and then, the two-by-two judgment matrix is compared to the index factors at all levels, and experts are invited to score the method to determine the weight of each index to test whether it meets the consistency requirements. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to perform fuzzy conversion of the original weight, and the membership degree set of the user experience evaluation factors is given, and the fuzzy comprehensive calculation result of the B2C website performance level is calculated. By combining in-depth interviews with website users and questionnaire surveys to analyze the behavioral characteristics of user information navigation, summarize the demand list for product search, product selection, product comparison, and product detail page browsing, and provide a reference for the design and development of information navigation. Calculating the decision model, mainly using fuzzy calculation, calculate the foreground value under each attribute and get the comprehensive foreground value. By comparing with the decision-making behavior model constructed by expected utility theory, it is found that the behavioral decision-making model constructed in this paper based on prospect theory can be closer to the actual situation. In this study, the satisfaction with the function provided reached 68 points, the emotional response 66 points, the aesthetic response 70 points, and the information construction 64 points. Through empirical research, the key factors affecting user satisfaction of B2C e-commerce logistics distribution are summarized, and a B2C e-commerce logistics distribution evaluation system based on user experience is established. This research will provide methods and ideas for the research on user experience design of e-commerce websites and the research and development of related network products. The article helps to draw out the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the current B2C e-commerce logistics distribution.

Abstract:This study evaluates the websites of Chaldal, Shajgoj, and Pickaboo, three prominent e-commerce platforms in Bangladesh, based on eight specific criteria from the book E-commerce (Laudaon, Traver, 2022). These criteria are Functionality, Informational, Ease of use, Redundant navigation, Ease of purchase, Multi–browser functionality, Simple graphics and Legible text. By employing a comprehensive evaluation framework, we aim to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each platform. The assessment reveals that while all three websites demonstrate commendable features, distinct differences in various aspects such as load times, navigation ease, and security protocols highlight the unique approaches each company adopts to enhance user satisfaction. The findings offer valuable insights for both consumers seeking optimal online shopping experiences and developers aiming to refine e-commerce solutions in the competitive Bangladeshi market.

Abstract:Due to the rapid development of the Internet, online shopping is also developing, in which the construction of online shopping platforms is becoming more and more important. However, existing shopping website page designs often lack consideration for user needs, resulting in some negative user experiences for users. This paper aims to research the design and implementation of Java for commercial shopping pages and points out that Java design pages can greatly help enterprises and users. This study achieved a user-friendly improvement of key design elements such as logos, typography, language style, colors, and icons. This design provides diverse user options and improves user satisfaction. The research in this paper can help designers better satisfy the needs of users when designing pages and bring the greatest benefits to themselves or enterprises. The results of this study provide a new path for website page design for related research, which significantly improves user experience and shopping enthusiasm.

Abstract:This study aims to explore probable differences in information needs,behavior and habits between Chinese users and western users of car sales website.We compared abroad Website of car sales(MPA) and the first three famous Portal Sites in China based on investigations and interviews of users.Then we translated these needs into web design plan and execute an experiment to test our design.After analysis data form experiment,we can get the conclusion that the modified Web site is better than the initial design of MPA in user's error,satisfaction and mental work load.However,there have no significant differences in performance time and lost between these two designs.The study makes sense as it gives possible approach and advice to the design of shopping-guide website and even decision-making website in China.

Abstract:With the growth of users' personalized demand for c-commerce visual design and the rapid development of machine learning technology, a large number of Internet pages are automatically designed and generated by computers. :After being generated, effective evaluation mechanisms are needed for verification and feedback At present, the evaluation model of visual design generally takes traditional web pages as the research object, and there is little research on the complexity and marketing characteristics of e-commerce information. It is necessary to consider how visual design can promote the effectiveness of communication between users and web pages from the perspectives of psychology , behavior and content. This paper proposes a "multi-dimensional visual performance evaluation model" for the evaluation after the generation of contemporary ecommerce web page design. This paper first constructs the visual marketing system and discusses the circulation mechanism of user demand import, e-commerce web page design, multi-dimensional visual performance evaluation and visual precision marketing. Under the system, a relational model of how "visual performance indicators (aesthetic performance, search behavior performance, information usefulness performance)" based on "scene factors" affect "overall evaluation" is proposed, defined as a multidimensional visual performance evaluation model, and verified by quantitative experiments. The model provides visual design basis for designers and recyclable evaluation data for machine learning generated pages.
A Comparison of the Online Shopping Behavior Patterns of Consumer Groups with Different Online Shopping Experiences

Abstract:The appearance of Internet does not only bring changes to consumption patterns, but also to the business modes of companies, as a result of which Internet has become a perfect sales channel. When a consumer shops online, s/he might be influenced by a huge variety of factors. In this study, ABC model of attitude was adopted to investigate empirically the influences of website characteristics and external stimulus on consumers’ online shopping behavior. A relationship model was also established to compare the differences of consumer groups with different online shopping experiences. Using convenience sampling, a total of 818 valid questionnaires were collected for the purpose of this study. Based on their online shopping experiences, consumers were divided into high frequency and low frequency groups in order to compare their consumption patterns as a group. According to the results, the two groups with different online shopping experiences were significantly different in three relational paths. To be specific: (1) Compared to the low frequency group, consumers in the high frequency group is more significantly positively influenced by website characteristics along the affection path during their online shopping. (2) Compared to the high frequency group, consumers in the low frequency group are more significantly positively influenced by website characteristics along the attitude path during their online shopping. (3) Compared with the low frequency group, a more significant positive influence is found among consumers in the high frequency group between consumer affection and consumer behavior path. These differences in the consumer behavior patterns of groups with different online shopping experiences according to the research results, therefore, could be used as references for online shopping business owners in their formulation of strategies.

Abstract:In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, e-commerce has gradually emerged, gradually replacing the traditional brick-and-mortar store-based shopping method. As a new way and business model, online shopping aims to realize the electronization of all links of trade activities and the unification of online business flow, logistics, capital flow and information flow. This kind of shopping pattern is the main development direction of future trade. Through questionnaire survey, comparative analysis and literature review, this paper summarizes the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of two different shopping methods (online shopping and offline shopping). Then, combine the advantages of the two shopping methods to provide merchants and consumers with different solutions and suggestions.

Abstract:In recent years, cross-border E-commerce has become a hotspot. Development of cross-border E-commerce makes traditional export trade structure change, and more and more foreign trade enterprises acquire business opportunities through continuous online transactions. As the competition in the cross-border E-commerce industry is increasingly fierce, the cross-border E-commerce industry has been subdivided into multiple operation modes gradually. In order to help the participants of cross-border E-commerce industry clarify the development status of Chinese cross-border E-commerce, and learn to deal with various specific issues in practice, this thesis will divide the cross-border E-commerce platform into two parts, the “B2B Model” and “Retail Mode”, compare and study the development, operation, logistics and storage, and payment of different platforms in different modes, then summarize and compare the features, advantages and disadvantages of the two different modes, and finally provide improvement suggestion combining the pain points of each mode. At last, this thesis summarizes the status quo of overall cross-border E-commerce platform at present and expects to make some contribution to development of future cross-border E-commerce platform. After comparative analysis on Chinese typical cross-border E-commerce platforms in the entire thesis, it is concluded that Chinese cross-border E-commerce platform shall still improve in aspects of logistics, storage, payment, policy and talent. Only in this way can Chinese cross-border E-commerce enterprises seize opportunity to develop rapidly and make the cross-border E-commerce become the driver of cross-border trade growth.

Abstract:Human and computer interaction is a science that focuses on planning and designing a system so that users can interact and work together according to the needs of the users themselves in the most effective way at every step of their work. The role of the user interface greatly influences the usability of an application or system. Heuristic Evaluation (HE) is considered the best usability evaluation method compared to others because it can find severe problems that other methods cannot detect. Therefore researchers will analyze the user interface on the Shopee website using the HE method. User Interface Analysis on Websites with the HE Method through online questionnaire distribution, from the results of online questionnaire distribution, it can be concluded that the website has deficiencies in terms of auxiliary features and documentation to assist users in using the system. Declared less because it has the lowest rcount (Total) value of 0.587 compared to other counts. Suggestions for research on Shopee user satisfaction analysis using the HE method, the authors convey suggestions that need to be improved in future research, namely that it is necessary to conduct research on Shopee user satisfaction using the HE method in a broader scope.

Abstract:Through the analysis and research of visual design and information transmission of the interface of e-commerce website, this paper summarizes the psychological state of the interface visual design of e-commerce website to consumers and its element manifestations. By the relevant theoretical basis, research and analysis and expression techniques, the consumer's visual perception of e-commerce website interface is conveyed. Then, taking an e-commerce website as an example, the perceptual knowledge and evaluation of the user is converted into the level selection of the design elements of the web interface with the perceptual knowledge and evaluation of the product details page as the starting point, by using the theory of Kansei Engineering. Aiming at higher user preferences, the integrated algorithm of BP neural network and genetic algorithm is used to optimize the web interface globally. It truly realizes the user's perceptual needs into the design of web pages to achieve user-centered optimization design of web interface, which effectively conveys visual information and enable it to be accurate and powerful for the expression of visual information.

Abstract:E-Commerce has grown from year to year. With the appearance of the user interface that is getting better, it makes users familiar with the user interfaces that exist in e-commerce such as Tokopedia and Shopee. This paper aims to know what are the effects of Design User Interface E-Commerce on User Experience. In this paper, we use the Systematic Literature Review Method to find data that we needed. By using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, 60 journal papers were obtained which is a secondary study. Based on secondary data, it is known that implementing the User Interface, User Experience, and E-commerce will produce a better appearance and increase the enthusiasm of the users or customers.
