Abstract:The right to housing in a right which is affirmed by the constitutional law.In this article,the authous observe's and studies the constitutional regulations and legislative regulations of it,and analyze's the implications of the right theoretically,based on these analyses,interpret the constitutional and legislative protection machanism of it.The protection of the right to housing mainly depends on the positive financial policy and the notion of legality that the government is to improve the people's livelihood,which is the important channel of the constitutional law to protect and enable the realization of the people's Social rights.
