Abstract:As the consistency prediction of data view in information systems and actual data, data quality is of vital importance to decision making and the development of banking industry. In this paper, we firstly analyze the influence of data quality on the banking industry, and make researches on the current situation of banking industry data quality automated management. Then five evaluation dimensions (completeness, timeliness, validity, consistency and accuracy) of data are investigated, and specific evaluation indexes according to the applications of data in the banking systems are proposed. Based on the research, we design and implement a data quality assessment management system for the banking industry. The assessment system proposed is deployed in a domestic bank and good results have been achieved.

Abstract:The quality of course design has been a significant concern in the reform of higher education. The compe-tency of instructional designers played an important role in improving teaching efficacy and students’ achievements. However, empirical studies on college teachers’ instructional design competency are scarce. Based on theoretical ana-lyses and experts’ consultations, this project was to develop a questionnaire to explore college teachers’ instructional design competency. The questionnaire consists of five dimensions:designing instructional objectives;designing instruc-tional contents;instructional implementation;front-end analysis and instructional evaluation. In addition, the study also investigated college teachers’ instructional cognitive ability and knowledge system. The study intended to learn how much college teachers know about the instructional design competency and what potential factors influence the de-velopment of the instructional design expertise. The study was a random survey among the universities in Zhejiang and Shanghai. Total 192 valid responses are collected via electronic and printed questionnaires. Upon variance, relevance and regression analysis, the key finding is:To some extent, the overall level of college teachers’ instructional design competency is unsatisfactory. Although the competency of instructional implementation is sufficient, the competency of instructional evaluation need to be developed. The noticeable difference between the novices and experts are in areas of designing instructional contents and instructional objectives. College teachers’ instructional cognitive abilities have in-fluential impacts on their instructional design competency. In addition, college teachers’ knowledge system can par-tially predict their development of competency of instructional design. In conclusion, the study attempted to provide the following suggestions to teachers and educators. There is an im-balance in five defined areas of college teachers’ instructional design competency. Especially, teachers’ competency in instructional evaluations need to be strengthened urgently. The administration should emphasize customized profession-al development and targeted training based on teacher’ s experience and professional status. Professional development should incorporate a real-world environment for the instructional design training. Scaffolding in a supportive learning community might be an effective approach to the development of teachers’ instructional design competency as well.

Abstract:Based on the data of 2008 Survey of the Development of Beijing College Students, this paper uses path analysis to investigate the self-evaluation capability of undergraduates from general undergraduate universities and college students from vocational and technical colleges. The study finds that the vocational college students have significantly higher scores in vocational skills and psychological quality, while undergraduates score higher in civil quality. In addition, active learning participation, passive learning participation, active social and community participation all have significant impact on capacity development.

Abstract:In order to achieve the teaching quality evaluation module in monitoring platform of teaching quality of university computer foundational curriculum,theoretic research on teaching quality evaluation module was conducted in combination with the analytical hierarchy process algorithm and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm.Multilayer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established based on requirements of teaching quality assessment.Java technology is used to achieve the related algorithm.This algorithm was applied to a teaching quality monitoring system of university computer foundational curriculum based on J2EE.The online comprehensive evaluation of this curriculum was achieved by the teachers and students.The application effect is good.The teaching evaluation complexity was significantly reduced,the efficiency was improved and also the error and inequity caused by subjective impression are avoided.

Abstract:In this paper we studied the health status of college students from the physiological and psychological aspects, and determined the evaluation indexes of sub healthy status in college students. Firstly, by using the literature analysis method, referring to the internationally recognized five health scales (EQ-5D, CSHS, SF-36, WHOQOL-100 and sub healthy status questionnaire), the relevant factors of College Students' physical and mental sub healthy were found out, and an items pool of candidate indicators of College Students' sub healthy was established. Then, using Delphi method, experts were invited to compare and judge the indicators of items pool and screen them to select reasonable and effective sub healthy evaluation indexes items. As a result, according to the indexes screening criteria, after two rounds of expert consultation, 7 first-class indicators and 54 second-class indicators were determined. Among them, 7 first-class indicators were physiological function, energy, exercise ability, physical symptoms, psychological cognition, emotion and psychological symptoms. The selected indicators can better respond to the actual needs of college students and meet the needs of constructing the sub healthy evaluation indexes scale for college students, so as to comprehensively evaluate the health status of college students and carry out accurate health management and service.

Abstract:Objective To develop an index system for evaluation index system for community general practice teaching base.Methods A draft of evaluation index system for community general practice teaching base was preliminarily developed on the basis of literature research.Two rounds Delphi consultations with 32 experts of general practice were conducted between July 2014 and May 2015.The results of consultation were analyzed and the evaluation index system for community teaching base was established.Results In two rounds of Delphi consultation,the positive coefficients were both 100％,the authority coefficient of experts were 0.879 and 0.897,respectively,and the coordination coefficient were 0.165 and 0.204 (P ＜0.01).The established evaluation index system consisted of 4 first-class indexes,8 second-class indexes and 27 third-class indexes.Four first-class indexes were basic conditions,teaching conditions,teaching staff and teaching practice.Conclusion The established evaluation index system may be used to accredit community general practice teaching base and to improve the quality of general practitioner training.

Abstract:This paper studies the comprehensive quality evaluation system of college students, and puts forward a design idea based on the comprehensive quality evaluation data warehouse system of college students. Through questionnaire surveys, enterprise surveys, and investigations on students, the comprehensive quality of college students is evaluated. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to calculate the index weight, which can reflect the importance of scientific and reasonable indexes in comprehensive quality evaluation. Based on the evaluation of students' comprehensive qualities, data mining technology is introduced. This paper describes the system design of the data mining model for the evaluation of university students' comprehensive qualities and the realization process of the data mining system. It mainly uses frequent itemset mining methods, namely association rules and Apriori algorithm to generate association rules and frequent itemsets that affect the relationship between the factors of comprehensive quality. Based on the generated rule set, the relationship between the comprehensive quality assessment of college students and the employment situation of students is predicted, analyzed and mastered. Mastering this relationship is conducive to further training useful talents to meet the needs of the society, and it is beneficial for the employer to conduct targeted selection of talents

Abstract:Abstract The prevailing education management systems in colleges and universities are antiquated, adversely impacting not only the administrative efficiency but also the formulation of faculty teaching plans and class schedules, as well as the management of student electives and credit accrual. This paper presents an innovation and optimization of the existing system, wherein education management processes are categorized into seven distinct modules. It delineates the flow and integration of heterogeneous data sources within the system, leveraging heterogeneous database technology as the foundational framework. Subsequently, we redesign heterogeneous computation scheduling and adaptation, enhancing distributed database allocation and query algorithms. The culmination of this research is the development of a novel pathway for the education management information system in higher education institutions. Upon empirical testing of the system proposed in this paper, we explore its practical implications through IPA analysis. User satisfaction is notably high in areas such as A4 invigilation information, A13 subjective grading of routine assessments, A14 querying and feedback on grades, and A15 remediation of failed courses, with performance ratings of 4.77008, 4.73981, 4.8961, and 4.86558 respectively. These indices predominantly reside in the “continue to maintain” and “oversupply” zones, indicating the substantial efficacy of the innovative college management information system introduced herein. This study significantly contributes to the standardization and intellectualization of college administrative processes, proposing new paradigms and methodologies for the integration of educational management and information technology within tertiary institutions.

Abstract:This thesis aims to take usage of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,establish an objective and scientific evaluation criteria system for network database,then make a systemic evaluation for network database.To establish a scientific and integrative criteria system for evaluating network database,two methods,Delphi and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),are used to conduct expert survey,summarize and compute the data.The innovations of the thesis include:(1) Using Delphi survey method on the web to establish the evaluation criteria system on network database,which guarantees the system scientificity and rationality;and is also convenient for the following statistical calculation.(2)The combination of online Delphi and updated AHP is used in theresearch.(3)With exponential scale,not traditional scale,we calculated the judgement matrix totally by the full mark frequency,and got a good result in consistency verification.

Abstract:The distance education is an important part of “internet plus modern education”. The construction of teaching quality of distance education is the key factor of the development of the modern distance education. The index system of teaching quality of distance education should follow the principle of comprehensiveness, objectivity and applicability. By the means of questionnaire survey and literature analysis, the index system of teaching quality of distance education, including four first-level indicators (index of management of teaching process, index of construction of teaching conditions, index of system of teaching service and index of evaluation of teaching effect) and sixteen second-level indicators, is given in this paper. Based on AHP, the weight of each index is given to calculate the result of index system of teaching quality of distance education.

Abstract:This paper established an index system of urban spatial development function division which could well reflect the social,economic and environmental characteristics,and used some corresponding methods to quantitate it.Then,it determined the weight of the index system by using the AHP and dual contrast methods.When the data standardization work has been done,the author calculated the scores of each town's social development potential,economic exploitation value and environmental development cost,and clustered the 111 towns to five sorts by SPSS10.0.At the end of this paper,the author analyzed the result of urban spatial development function division.

Abstract:Among the many teaching methods, inquiry-based teaching is considered to be an effective way for students to learn and solve problems on their own. However, most of the research related to inquiry-based teaching and learning has concentrated mainly on K-12 education, while few to no studies have focused on the application of inquiry-based teaching and learning in project design courses at university level. Therefore, in order to expand the understanding of the application effect of inquiry-based teaching at university level, this study adopted the quasi-experimental design method, and through the purposive sampling method, 20 students from the Department of Fashion Design at a University of Science and Technology were invited to participate in this study. During the 9-month period, teaching experiments were carried out using two inquiry models, QC/ADEAC and QD/ODEAC. First, when participants were thinking of a creative topic, they followed the process: Question (Q), Collection/Analysis (C/A), Discussion (D), Explanation (E), Amendment (A), and Confirmation (C) in the course. During the production process, the participants were allowed to improve on their work through the process of Question (Q), Doing/Observation (D/O), Discussion (D), Explanation (E), Amendment (A), and Confirmation (C). The teacher became a true guide, so that the participants could explore and work out how to improve their designs through independent inquiry and practice. In this study, questionnaires were administered to participants at five important stages of the design project: “theme development,” “color development,” “first Work,” “second Work,” and “third Work.” The results of the five surveys showed that the participants’ curriculum interest, curriculum value perception, and curriculum confidence in the inquiry program all increased.

Abstract:Students' evaluation of teaching can reflect the diversity of teaching among college teachers objectively and steadily.However,the traditional teaching evaluation by students has some drawbacks such as incomplete participation of evaluating subjects,single evaluation items,long cycle of feedback of evaluation information,heavy workload of evaluation,and the unwholesome evaluation function.The paper discusses the necessity,feasibility,features and functions of students' network-based evaluation of teaching,as well as its results evaluation.It is hoped to objectively evaluate teachers' teaching level so as to urge teachers to improve their teaching methods and teaching quality.
