Abstract:From the statistical analysis of 1189 group events,it is found that the degree of organization is closely linked to the degree of violence in group events,yet it is a negatively correlation.In other words,it is an inverse proportion between the degree of organization and the degree of violence in group events.Violent group events are more likely to occur with a lower level of organization.In fact,the organized expression activities will more easily intensify action risks,responsibilities and the cognition and evaluation mechanisms of realities,which will help self-restrain the collective action.If the parties that are protested against and the government are able to rationally respond to public protests,the public expression and protests in an organized manner would be more peaceful,rational and orderly.In this regard,the foundation of stable social order lies in the organization of the public activities rather than fragmentation.Therefore,we should deeply reflect upon and scientifically assess the relationship between the organization and its violence in group events so as in a new era and adjust the relevant laws and policies.
