Abstract:Boyer's concept of "Scholarship of teaching" not only broadens people's understanding of "academics" but also breaks the barrier between "teaching" and "researching" in universities so that higher education can return to its essence-teaching, and teachers teaching academic ability has also received unprecedented attention. Teaching academic capabilities include the generation and dissemination of teaching content knowledge, teaching evaluation and reflection ability, teaching research and innovation ability. Based on the academic ability of teaching perspective, the current teaching and training in colleges and universities there are the issue of not paying enough attention to colleges and universities, the depth and breadth of training content and the single form of training. It is necessary to strengthen the guidance of institutional construction and system to improve teachers 'autonomy and enthusiasm to participate in teaching and training, to expand the theoretical knowledge of teachers' teaching and provide theoretical support for teachers to carry out teaching and learning, to carry out various forms of teaching and training to promote the teaching evaluation and exchange of teachers and build teaching resources sharing platform to share and disseminate teaching academic research results.
