Abstract:PLC technology in a modern industrial control is widely used, but the domestic PLC technology development is still very weak. This paper analyzes the technical shortcomings of traditional PLC,studied and designed a programmable motion controller with their own intellectual property , elaborated on the new programmable motion controller and the principle of hardware and software components, specially focus on a major hardware module circuit structure, the specific structure and introduced the software is a major Flow chart. Practice has proved that this controller design is rich in resources, and powerful, reliable performance, and low cost, fully applied poor environment occasions, with a broad market prospect.
