Abstract:International relations in outer space are social relations of all kinds of actors in practical process after humans enter into outer space.Although common interests and national interests of mankind are the same on the whole in the exploration and utilization of outer space,there will be inevitably some conflicts between them because of different stakeholders in practice.That is the basic contradiction of international relations in outer space.It is true that the interaction of various types of powers decides the direction and path of the growth of international relations in outer space during the resolution of these contradictions.The essence of international relations in outer space is the social construction of various powers in outer space.
