Analysis of Urinary System Condition Post Hysteroscopy Monitored by B-ultrasound

Abstract:Objective To study and analysis of urinary system condition post hysteroscopy monitored by B-ultrasound after bladder liquid infusion. Methods 69 cases underwent hysteroscopy under B-ultrasound monitoring. To record the operation time and the total volume of liquid infused into bladder,the liquid volume evacuated from bladder post-operation. To perform routine urine test and realize urination condition post-operation. Results The average of operation time was 30.9 minutes,the average volume of liquid infused into bladder was 289mL. 81% of patients experienced negative urine test with no irritation symptom; 6% of patients had negative urine test with positive irritation symptom; 7% was positive urine test with no urine tract irritation symptom; 6% was positive urine test with urination irritation symptom. Conclusion The longer the operation procedure,the much more possibility to get urinay tract infection post surgery. The urination irritation may attribute to the neuron stimulated by fast engorgement and evacuation of bladder. Combination of antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicine will result satisfactory effect.
