Genetic diversity analysis of blueberry from the Changbai Mountain by RAPD marker

Abstract:Objective Analyzes genetic diversity and sibship of blueberry from the Changbai Mountain.Methods Genetic diversity examination and the genetic analysis to one kind of wild blueberry and two kind of different garden blueberry by random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)marker.Results From the forty random primers 72 sites were detected,of which 27(37.5%)were polymorphism.The Proximity Matrix indicates Genetic Proximity Values between the wild blueberry and the garden blueberryⅠ,the garden blueberryⅡrespectively is 0.764 and 0.809,the dendrogram indicates sibship between the wild blueberry and the garden blueberryⅡ is near.Conclusion Genetic Proximity of blueberry from the Changbai Mountain are lower,between the wild blueberry and the garden blueberry′s hereditary change is small,the hereditary factors are smaller than the environmental factor in the blueberry morphological change′s function.
