Abstract:The problem of influence of stochastic straggling of the individual modules trigger time on quality of the pulses being radiated by the multimodular source of EMP is being considered. As indexes of a radiation quality the "key parameters" have been chosen. These parameters are the quantity indexes which, on the one hand, predetermine possibility of occurrence of specific physical effects in devices under test and, on the other hand, take into account features of these devices. Assessments of chosen key parameters values depending on the standard deviation of the trigger moments of individual radiating modules has been carried out.
