Abstract:In this paper, we study the properties of totally local formations of finite groups. We will prove that if F is a non-nilpotent totally local formation, then F/F-infinity(0) is a complemented lattice if and only if it is Boolean lattice, where F-o is the local nilpotent subformation of F. Thus, the interesting problem proposed by A.N. Skiba in his monograph, "Algebra of Formations" can be answered positively.
REMARKS ON NONABELIAN LOCALIZATION

Abstract:0. In this short note, we derive some nonabelian localization formulas in a very simple way. The method is to use Witten’s idea of multiplying the integral by a Gaussian and then to complete square. The localization procedure we use is different from Witten’s in that we do not need the Bismut localizing factor e−tDλ as in [W], at the same time we avoid the use of Fourier transform in [JK]. Along the way we will also derive Martin’s formula which relates nonabelian symplectic reduction to the abelian case. The method is rather elementary and applicable to other situations which we hope to discuss on a later occasion. We remark that all of the basic results in this note, which grows out of my trying to understand this circle of ideas, are due to Jeffrey-Kirwan, Martin and Witten. Our sole contribution is pointing out a different way to derive them. Other quite different approaches to such type results have also been obtained by Guillemin-Kalkman [GK], Martin [M] and Vergne [V]. The interested reader may compare these different methods and formulas. I would like to thank A. Astashkevich, S. Martin especially S. Abstract:In this paper, we investigate the finite {p,q}-soluble groups with given indices of normalizers of Sylow subgroups belonging to a formation in terms of the property of normalizers of Sylow subgroups. A theorem for the group is obtained, and some corollarys are given.

Abstract:We consider a purely algebraic result. Then given a circle or cyclic group of prime order action on a manifold, we will use it to estimate the lower bound of the number of fixed points. Abstract:Abstract It is well known that all saturated formations of finite soluble groups are locally defined and, except for the trivial formation, have many different local definitions. I show that for Lie and Leibniz algebras over a field of characteristic 0, the formations of all nilpotent algebras and of all soluble algebras are the only locally defined formations and the latter has many local definitions. Over a field of nonzero characteristic, a saturated formation of soluble Lie algebras has at most one local definition, but a locally defined saturated formation of soluble Leibniz algebras other than that of nilpotent algebras has more than one local definition.

Abstract:Let n be a positive integer, and let (sigma = {sigma _i mid i in I}) be a partition of the set of all primes. It is shown that every law of the lattice of all formations is fulfilled in the lattice of all n-multiply (sigma )-local formations of finite groups. This result implies that the lattice of all n-multiply (sigma )-local formations of finite groups is modular but not distributive for any nonnegative integer n. Let ({mathfrak {F}}) and ({mathfrak {H}}) be n-multiply (sigma )-local formations of finite groups such that ({mathfrak {H}} subseteq {mathfrak {F}}). Denote by ({mathfrak {F}} /_n^sigma {mathfrak {H}}) the lattice of all n-multiply (sigma )-local formations ({mathfrak {M}}) such that ({mathfrak {H}} subseteq {mathfrak {M}} subseteq {mathfrak {F}}). If ({mathfrak {M}} subset {mathfrak {F}}) and the lattice ({mathfrak {F}} /_n^sigma {mathfrak {M}}) consists of only two elements then ({mathfrak {M}}) is called a maximal n-multiply (sigma )-local subformation of ({mathfrak {F}}). The properties of the intersection of the maximal n-multiply (sigma )-local subformations of (mathfrak F) are described.

Abstract:for any s-closed local subformation F of the formation of all phi -dispersive metanilpotent groups,we prove that the nilpotent length of any finite soluble group G is at most 2s + 2 if the order of G is divisible by three distinct primes and the normalizers of all the Sylow subgroups of G belong to 3,where p(s) is the highest power of the phi -smallest prime p dividing \G/G(F)\ (where G(F) is the F-residual of G).

Abstract:The aim of this paper is to develop, for the first time, a general theory of simultaneous local normalisation of couples ( X , G ) , where X is a dynamical system (vector field) and G is an underlying geometric structure preserved by X, even if both have singularities. Such couples appear naturally in many problems, e.g. Hamiltonian dynamics, where G is a symplectic structure and one has the theory of Birkhoff normal forms, or constrained dynamics, where G is a smooth, in general singular, distribution of tangent subspaces, etc. In this paper, the geometric structure G is of the following types: volume form, symplectic form, contact form, Poisson tensor, as well as their singular versions. The paper addresses mainly the more difficult situations when both X and G are singular at a point and its results prove the existence of natural simultaneous normal forms in these cases. In general, the normalisation is only formal, but when G and X are (real or complex) analytic and X is analytically or Darboux integrable, then the simultaneous normalisation is also analytic. Our theory is based on a new approach, called the Toric Conservation Principle, as well as the classical step-by-step normalisation technique, and the equivariant path method.

Abstract:Let G be a group and N be a -solvable normal subgroup of G with , where is composed by all prime divisors of the order of N . In this paper, we determine the structure of if is a maximal subgroup of group G for every -element , where is a Hall -subgroup of N . In particular, if is a set composed by a single prime p , we show that N is solvable, which has its own independent significance. If we assume in the above results, then it is [8, Theorems A and B] by removing the conditions " G is p -solvable" and "with non-abelian". We also give a detailed structure description of such groups. Further, we generalize [9, Theorem A] by removing the condition " N is p -solvable", and also provides a positive answer to [9, Question] by giving the structure of if is a maximal subgroup of G for every p -regular element .
