Abstract:Effect of isothermal paramtter on microstructureal evolution of preformed AZ91D alloys in semi-solid processis was investigated.The results show that the microstructures were affected mainly by recrystallization and local remelting,and increasing the holding temperature,it was prone to the formation of near-equiaxed microstructures,The best semi-solid microstructure of AZ91D alloys was obtained at 570℃ for 4 min.
