Abstract:The concept and structure of data warehouse are briefly introduced. In this paper, demands of customer relationship management system for data warehouse are analyzed, then data modeling techniques for data warehouse are discussed and star-snowflake schema of customer subject is built in the customer relationship management system. In the end, a data warehouse-based solution to the customer relationship management system is provided.

Abstract:A brief introduction of the importance of CRM in toda y's business operation mode is given, and the trends of the development of CRM to E-CRM in the e-commerce era and the characteristics of E-CRM are discussed .On the application of data mining technique in various p hases of E-CRM are stressed, including the attraction of new customers by structuring forecasting model, the retainment of old customers with decision tree technology, the classification o f customers with clustering technology so as to increase the enterprise's abilit y to satisfy its customers, the cross marketing with forecasting model, as well as providing new products and new services to customers. Application of data mining techniques in customer relationship management: A literature review and classification

Abstract:Despite the importance of data mining techniques to customer relationship management (CRM), there is a lack of a comprehensive literature review and a classification scheme for it. This is the first identifiable academic literature review of the application of data mining techniques to CRM. It provides an academic database of literature between the period of 2000–2006 covering 24 journals and proposes a classification scheme to classify the articles. Nine hundred articles were identified and reviewed for their direct relevance to applying data mining techniques to CRM. Eighty-seven articles were subsequently selected, reviewed and classified. Each of the 87 selected papers was categorized on four CRM dimensions (Customer Identification, Customer Attraction, Customer Retention and Customer Development) and seven data mining functions (Association, Classification, Clustering, Forecasting, Regression, Sequence Discovery and Visualization). Papers were further classified into nine sub-categories of CRM elements under different data mining techniques based on the major focus of each paper. The review and classification process was independently verified. Findings of this paper indicate that the research area of customer retention received most research attention. Of these, most are related to one-to-one marketing and loyalty programs respectively. On the other hand, classification and association models are the two commonly used models for data mining in CRM. Our analysis provides a roadmap to guide future research and facilitate knowledge accumulation and creation concerning the application of data mining techniques in CRM.

Abstract:The innovation pace in data mining techniques increases recently.Accordingly,CRM,which is based on data mining,is playing a more important role in travel agencies.Firstly,the reasons of application CRM in travel agencies are explained in the paper.Then CRM system diagram and a new data mining technique "GACE" are proposed.GACE(GA-based K-means Clustering Engine) is employed to locate the optimized clustering.With the help of SW Generator and MS Excel,the initial clustering problem in application of data mining is resolved.

Abstract:In order to keep a stable customer group, strive for the enterprise marketing, retain customers, satisfy consumers to demand, a customer relationship management system is shown in this paper. We combine the current popular concept of customer relationship management(CRM) and management information system(MIS)together. Meanwhile structured object-oriented methodology has been adopted here successfully. By such a high efficient system, client can carry out information inquiry, information deletion, information filtering and so on. Empirical results show that the technology which used for CRM performs an important and supportive role.
