Abstract:This paper introduces the using actuality of ERP in printing industry,and then analyzes some possible causes of the difficulties for printeries to implement ERP.To reduce these difficulties,we put forward our scheme: to implement ERP by partly customing a model which is flexible,universal,robust.The kernel of our scheme is the capability to rebuild physical structure and to implement dynamic procedure.We discuss the logical structure in detail which could be a reasonable scheme for the implementation of ERP system in some field.

Abstract:The paper introduces an instructive scheme to establish enterprise-wide management information system with high flexibility. Four concerned key concepts, business logic, process unit partition, information architecture configuration, information extraction and decision support, are respectively defined and explained to prove the advantages to improve its flexibility and expansibility. Moreover, Microsoft@ .Net solution, combined with SQL Server 2000 and OLE DB, provides strong and reasonable IT support to implement the introduced MIS design method.

Abstract:Considering the characteristic of complex workflow and fleetly changing requirement.The advantage of N_layers software is introduced and a seven-layers software architecture based on facade design pattern and factory method pattern in.NET framework is provided.By using mode Microsoft.NET development tools and Rational XDE for.NET modeling tools,the system is modeled and partly realized in seven-layers software architecture to guide the model driven development of the electric power production mana-gement system.

Abstract:Traditional MIS combines with database closely on its designing and implementation,applications are usually the specific products with poor scalability and flexibility.To improve the flexibility and scalability of MIS,in this article we give a way of designing with regard to a kind of translated MIS based on metadata.In this way,the developers define a group of regulated metadata,and design main program based on these metadata,which enables MIS main program to run without the bound specific database tables and fields,but to run dynamically according to metadata.This achieves the MIS program being driven by the metadata,therefore the flexibility and scalability of MIS are significantly raised.

Abstract:After exploring the current sorts of MIS,this paper presents a new method of MIS designing.The system adopts C/S and B/S hybrid structure,and takes touch screen as the user operating-platform.This system allows the server to manage many query terminals;it realizes the long communication between the server and the terminals by using RS485 communication protocol.The system has a friendly foregrounding interface.It operates easily and runs stably.

Abstract:Along with rapid development of manufacturing informatization, the present quality management system is difficult to support the current requirements of digitized design and manufacturing, which includes the weakness as: the quality data managing mode is behindhand, the quality management information has few information flow interface with other systems, the information exchange is still going on with paper medium. This paper proposes a five tiers platform for the quality management system. For the multirequirement in the quality information inputting, propose a dynamic table technology by use word as information collection station, establish a mapping between the collection information and field in the database. To implement the task flow between the work stations, propose a method to rebuild workflow engine. Encapsulate the quality information by using XML. Make XML file flow through maintenance a file ID on the file server. By this way, workflow, engine can satisfy the requirement of the increasing quality information.

Abstract:Aimed at the shortages of MES that couldn't realize dynamic quality control well, a framework of MES oriented to dynamic quality control was proposed after dynamic quality control and ERP/MESIPCS three-tier enterprise integration infrastructure were studied, and the quality function models of MES were analyzed. According to the framework and the key technologies of MES, the dynamic quality control model was provided and the data acquisition and system integration models were established. The development of MES oriented to dynamic quality control for a PCB enterprise was given. Through data acquisition, quality analysis and quality control model, this system realizes dynamic on-line control of PCB products.

Abstract:To solve the general problems of the electrical enterprise's MIS engineering, a dynamic object-oriented system modeling (OMDM) technique is applied to the platform of the MIS. The main ideas and modeling components are presented around three technical characteristics of OMDM. Abstract:Component-based software development is the most promising way in software development at present. Under the background of actual MIS project of one roll steel mill, this paper presents the application of reusable component technique in MIS development. It includes:①The operations of the mill can be broken into basic process units and basic work models. ② A new application oriented method for building reusable component library is put forward, which ensures both high reusable measurement of reusable component and high indexical measurement of reusable component library, and overcomes the conflict of them. ③A large-scale MIS system has been developed quickly for one roll steel mill, where the reusable component technique has been fully used.

Abstract:To solve some practical application problems of the traditional paper media information on storing difficulty and resource sharing inefficiency well.The design problem of interactive electronic technical manual based on S1000D is studied, emphatically the imple-menting process of data module is discussed in IETM.Furthermore, taking some equipment for study background, the process of editing, transformation and publishing of data module in IETM system are designed in detail.Also by the use of designing interface class of CGM in the system, the editing of program becomes simply and the development speed of system is improved.
