Abstract:To achieve the consistency of interaction semantics between customer and designer, and good mapping form function domain to design domain in mass-customized product configuration design, a from of product requirement meta-information is introduced using tabular layouts of article characteristics to keep consistent presentation of product information in different applications through standardizing the product data format. The product function-structure-model for configuration design and the optimization strategy in product configuration process are presented accordingly. Finally, an instance is given to illustrate their application in an elevator reductor project.
