Abstract:Land environment consists of substance, space and social system living on it, and can be classified as nature physical environment, man-made physical environment and social environment. Land environment shows three main characters:global, regional, dynamic and relative stable. The land environment not only determines land value but also the pattern, structure, and benefit of land use. From perspective of land environment, the writers classify the land problems into three kinds:primary land problems, secondary land problems and social land problems. The results show that all these problems are widely concerned in China, and have caused severe negative influences, such as conflicts between land and human beings etc.
