Abstract:This paper has introduced decode, pan/tilt and their link with hardware link of them throughwith the port of computer serial communication in a system of digital surveillance. By using an example of Pelco decode,it introduced a method of exercising the control over pan/tilt and cameral in programming with VC++ tools, using method of OOP,utilizing ActiveX control to send control information to the port of serial communication.
