Abstract:For improving the stability, reliability, and convenient safeguard in network systems, a new method for network fault detection based on the network device running status was proposed. Using the feature of real network and SNMP(simple network management protocol) and TELNET(telecommunication network protocol), the realization of multi-agent network management systems was discussed. The network management system is characterized by rapid network fault detection, determination and treatment, which has intelligence and capacity for self-study, and also shortens the time of network fault (response) and treatment, thus the reliability of the network was improved. With the use of multi-Agent technology, the new way for studying network management has advantages of simple calculation, rapid fault detection, etc.

Abstract:Rapid increase of campus network data in colleges leads to the continuous increase of server,which results in low use ratio of servers,complicated safety maintenance and data backup of the system and increase of administrative cost.Taking specific college campus network as an example,this paper discusses application of virtualization technology in campus network management based on analysis of current situation of campus network topology and application server.Based on that,it puts forward scheme of virtualized integration of existing servers.Application practice shows that campus network management with virtualization technology can increase use ratio of server resources,reduce data maintenance cost and improve management and operation level of campus network effectively.

Abstract:The healthy of network operation depends on Network Accounting Management. Every ISP always keeps one eye on the design and implementation of network accounting management system on high-speed network. This paper presents a design and implementation of network accounting management system based on network processor. This system provides functions of user access control and usage billing in a Gigabit Ethernet campus network. Its high performance, stability and reliability are proved both in lab testing and in practical operation.

Abstract:Financial management is one of the most core tasks of a social team and an important link related to the survival of enterprises and the economic development of the country. Therefore, financial management is regarded as a top priority from the national tax and financial system to enterprises and individuals. However, with the rapid development of social economy and the extremely active economic activities in China, especially the complicated capital flows and the rapid changes in the market, even if the financial system is upgraded many times, it is still difficult to meet the requirements of enterprises. In recent years, computer network technology has been more and more widely used in all aspects of social production and life. It can replace people to complete complex, tedious, repetitive, and consumptive work. Therefore, the research and development of financial accounting management system based on computer network technology have important production significance and social value. Firstly, this paper summarizes the development process and current situation of the financial management system, points out the difficulties existing in the current financial accounting management, and investigates the development and application status of computer network technology. Then, it studies the shortcomings of current financial work and the necessity and feasibility of applying computer technology to financial management. Finally, it analyzes the beneficial effects of computer network technology in financial management, designs the overall structure of the financial accounting management system based on computer network technology, studies the characteristics of each subsystem of the structure, points out the technical and institutional challenges faced by computer network technology, and gives corresponding suggestions. This paper is an applied research on the application of advanced computer network technology in financial accounting management, which helps the rapid development of China's financial accounting management system and provides a combination idea for the application of computer network technology in other traditional industries.

Abstract:Increasingly, a computer network administrator's job is pre-occupied with user behavioral problems rather than physical failures of network and system components. A small number of malicious users can cause problems that affect a large number of users; more often, by not following proper procedures a user may let his/her system be used by malicious users; and there are various other misuses that all leave the network in a state of the tragedy of the commons. In this paper, we introduce the concept of credit-based networking - borrowing ideas from financial management and adapting them to network management. We first focus on a campus network by studying concrete scenarios of how credit-based network management can be applied. We then discuss how the concept is generally applicable to managing network behaviors as well by applying it to managing ISP peering relationships. We argue that the cascading effect of credit-based network management can enhance network management efficiency and improve the global network environment we all live in.

Abstract:Accounting management is probably the least developed network management application. The profit being one of the means of developing the Internet duratively, the network accounting is paid more attention than before. Firstly, an accounting model is described in which the components of accounting are given. Then, the CORBA-based accounting architecture is presen-ted .The architecture has three layers. The first layer is the Web interface used as the users' interface. Java Applet is used to pass some active data. HTTP server and CORBAAcct server locate in the second layer. The database server is also located in this layer.The CORBAAcct server defined by some CORBA objects accomplishes the accounting. The relationship between these objects is also described. The third layer is the device agent on which the raw accounting data are introduced. The client communicates with the CORBAAcct server by IIOP and the communication between CORBAAcct server and device agent is based on SNMP.
