Abstract:Based on the multimedia communication system specified in H.323 standard,presented the new generation telephony system network with three-layer architecture.Moreover,the communication protocol,named IPTCP,applied to IP telephony is proposed.Therefore,the new generation telephony system over the broadband IP network is developed.
