Abstract:According to the comprehensive performance of electric glass regulator detection process, the installation screw hole of the glass regulator often was damaged when electric glass regulator was installed, so the flexible clamping mechanism of floating force was is designed, to fix and clamp the electric glass regulator, and all flexible clamping mechanism was emulated and analyzed, the results show that the flexible clamping mechanism is safe and reliable, so the theoretical basis was provided to optimize and design the online comprehensive performance equipment in the further.

Based on a successful development of the CAD/CAM system on the OS of WINDOWS, Modular organization in the CAD/CAM system and the detail process of figure forming are presented. It has been proved that the developed CAD system of glass carve robot that is accurate and effectively , and is very successful by a great deal of practice.

Abstract:This paper presented a novel piezoelectric ceramic-actuated and flexure hinge-based micromanipulator, a compound four-bar parallel configuration was designed to eliminate parasite displacement and decrease concentrated stress, and finite element simulation verified the proposed micromanipulator to be a no parasite displacement and little concentrated one. In addition, a non-linear model based on support vector machine for regression was proposed to describe nonlinearity of piezoelectric actuator, and a hybrid controller consists of a model based feed-forward controller and a self-tuning PID feedback controller was presented to improve control precision. Tracking experiment results indicate the proposed micromanipulator has good performance for precise tracking control

Abstract:The development of “large display, high performance and low cost” in the FPD industry demands glass substrates to be “larger and thinner”. Therefore, the requirements of handling robots are developing in the direction of large scale, high speed, and high precision. This paper presents a novel construction of a glass substrate handling robot, which has a 2.5 m/s travelling speed. It innovatively adopts bionic end-suction technology to grasp the glass substrate more firmly. The structure design is divided into the following three parts: a travel track, a robot body, and an end-effector. The manipulator can be smoothly and rapidly extended by adjusting the transmission ratio of the reducer to 1:2:1, using only one motor to drive two sections of the arm. This robot can transfer two pieces of glass substrate at one time, and improves the working efficiency. The kinematic and dynamic models of the robot are built based on the DH coordinate. Through the positioning accuracy experiment and vibration experiment of the end-effector, it is found that the robot has high precision during handling. The robots developed in this study can be used in large-scale glass substrate handling.

Abstract:Open-close mould mechanism is the key part of glassware pressing machine. The present pressing machine adopts whole mould and two-part open mould and can only form glassware with simple shape and monotone pattern. Two new types of open-close mould, namely hinged type and lotiform type, are designed. Their principle and working process are presented in details and the collision checking and dynamics simulation for the mechanism are performed by virtual prototype. The physical prototype is under trial manufacture. The new types of open-close mould mechanism can form glassware with complex shape and greatly increase the range of products that can be manufactured.

Abstract:This paper introduces a kind of robotic glass installation and gluing system for train's window,which mainly includes the robot system,the 3D vision positioning system,the glass gripper and the gluing system.Using the 3D visual positioning technology,it is easy to ensure the robot's correct trajectory for glass holding,glass installation and gluing process without designing the mechanical positioning device.The experimental system is designed,the related problems are studied,and it is proved that the system design is effective.Using this system,it can greatly improve the production efficiency,reduce the labor intensity and ensure the quality of production.

Abstract:With the booming of the curved glass shell and curved panel on the smart phone, the development of 3D curved glass molding process, mold and equipment are fairly promoted. This paper introduces a self-developed full-motor-driving precision molding machine's developing course. Seven different molding stations using electric actuators as molding axes devices are designed in molding chamber to gives good production efficiency and adaptation of complex process to the molding machine. The maximum molding force and the highest molding temperature is up to5000N and 800 degrees C, respectively, which satisfies different production requirements. The control unit is built based on the industrial computer in the console and consists of two parts: numerical control system and temperature control system. The control unit can control the molding speed, depth, time directly while the molding force and temperature are controlled by the mean of feedback system. A 3D curved glass molding experiment is carried out by using the machine and graphite mold and finally the 3D curved glass is produced. This result shows that the precision molding machine has achieved the designed functions to manufacture the 3D curved glass and other different complex optical components.

Abstract:The installation of the high-altitude curtain wall is mainly completed manually with simple mechanical assistance. The construction process is characterized by high labor intensity, high risk, low efficiency and low quality. To improve the automation and intelligence of curtain wall installation, improve construction efficiency and reduce labor intensity, a mobile manipulator for curtain wall installation is developed. Firstly, the curtain wall installation process is analyzed. Secondly, kinematics modeling is established, and the forward and inverse kinematics are analyzed and solved. Finally, the experiment is carried out to complete the tasks of grasping, rolling over and transporting stone, glass, ALC plate and other dense and semi-dense materials.

Abstract:According to the principle of vacuum negative pressure adsorption, a cleaning robot for high building glass curtain wall is designed. The robot is mainly composed of three modules and control system: adsorption, movement and cleaning. And the control system. The adsorption module adopts the mode of Multi-suction cup vacuum adsorption, which has strong adaptability. The moving module adopts the structure design of vacuum sucker crawler wheel, which has good trafficability and stability. The cleaning module adopts a sewage filtering and circulating device, which can reduce the load of the robot body. The control system is composed of the user's upper computer and the lower unit of STM32 chip through the remote communication of 4G network. According to the static state of the robot, the mathematical model of force is established to analyze the robot's anti-overturning moment and adhesion moment. The results show that when anti-overturning characteristic Angle is smaller than the wall inclination angle, robot will not overturn. The robot has strong autonomous cleaning ability, which can replace the traditional manual operation, and provides a reference for the practical application of the robot in glass curtain wall cleaning.

Abstract:Abstract Manipulator is a powerful tool for human to work safely, realize production automation and improve labor productivity. On the basis of summarizing the research and development status of manipulator, this paper comprehensively analyzes the function of pneumatic carrying manipulator on optical axis production line, and combines the actual project of the enterprise to design the mechanical and electrical integration of pneumatic carrying manipulator. This paper analyzes the performance requirements and working characteristics of pneumatic conveying manipulator and combines with the characteristics of optical shaft production line. I comprehensively analyzed and designed the mechanical structure, drive system, transmission mode and its stability of the manipulator.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low localization rate of hollow glass storage system and the high cost of imported products, the hollow glass storage system was studied, the movement mechanism and electrical control in the process of storage of hollow glass at home and abroad were summarized, an intelligent hollow glass storage system based on servo control, and designs for access and storage mechanism, transpor-tation equipment and the control device of hollow glass intelligent warehousing were and proposed the function modules of the storage system were installed. The overall block diagrams of the equipment in the system, the operation mode, the motion control flow and so on were de-scribed in detail. Taking a set of servo control equipment as an example, the software simulation and actual measurement of the precise posi-tion were carried out. The results indicate that the system can monitor the motion parameters in real time, and can realize the precise position control function, has high reliability and meets the requirements of precise positioning.
