Study on the Method of Partner Choice in Virtual Enterprises

Abstract:One of the key factors of virtual enterprise's success is that the dominant enterprise canmake correct decision in the course of choosing cooperative partner. Thus, there must be areasonable evaluation architecture and appropriate optimization decision method. The gen-eral principle and four main factors of partner choice of virtual enterprise has been ana-lyzed deeply, and the evaluation architecture of partner choice of enterprise has beenestablished. A fuzzy method, AHP, as an optimization decision method of partner choicehas been put forwards with an example as the illustration.
