Abstract:Under the circumstance of mass production,in order to solve the problems,such as the unstability of the workshop quality,high percent defective and more wastes,the workshop quality stability control system was put forward.The principle and the functions of the system were constructed.In this system,the workshop quality stability was analyzed from the view of workshop process quality and product quality.Because of the complexity of relationship between workshop process quality and product quality,the method of association analysis based on the grey system theory between workshop process quality and product quality was developed.With the system and method,how to find the workshop process factors which influence product quality and the control of workshop quality stability can be realized.

Abstract:To improve the automatization and strengthen the competitive of the domestic enterprises who produce the clutch for washing ma-chine, an automation system for pressing shaft assembly of washing machine is designed based on PLC&HMI, and multisensor fusion sys-tem. The positioner is introduced because that the integrated fixture is proposed to contain all elements of the shaft assembly. The pressure transducer and displacement transducer are adopted to monitor the pressure process. With regard to every element, different feeding mecha-nism is designed and the storing can keep 40 minutes according to the designed pitch time. Through the friendly man-machine interaction in-terface, the system can run in two modes:manual operation, automatic operation and the pitch time can keep in 9 seconds. Finally, the mod-el machine validates the usefulness of the system and it has been employed in the production field.

Abstract:Influenced by scaling?off cutting, to the mass produced rods and steel tube blank, the phenomena of burr and flashing are found. If the parts are processed by manual chamfering and lathe, it is tremendously labor intensive and low efficiency. To solve the problem, an efficient double?headed automatic chamfering machine was designed based on PLC control. The structural components of the chamfering machine were introduced , the gas?liquid control diagram and the electric control schematic figure including the flow chart of software programming were described in detail. The practices have proven productivity and end quality are improved greatly be?cause the chamfering machine can be used to realize double end continuous processing although loading once.

Abstract:The system realizes the setting of assembly plan, the establishment of assembly process files, the feedback of equipment status and the reconfiguration of assembly tasks. It uses industrial Ethernet for data exchange to achieve the integration of management and control through the OPC interface. All the equipments based on logic control of PLC are fully automated. The client running on IPC is programmed with C#. All the device workstations are configured RFID. On the one hand, assembly data can be uploaded to management system together with the code number of the transmission read by RFID to trace the information of assembly process. On the other hand, assembly process parameters generated automatically by management system can be transferred to the equipments to achieve the reconfiguration of technological process.

Abstract:In order to improve parameters control precision in the process of the friction welding and to reduce the cost of hardware of the control system,a closed loop control system with PLC (program logic controller) on the friction welding machine is build up.The system contains a basic unit with A/D,D/A module and electro-hydraulic proportional system.The control software and HMI(human machine interface) are developed.The system can control the working sequence and axial pressure of the friction welding process.The test results shown that the closed loop control cycle is 16 ms.The production results indicated that the system can stably apply in the production of friction welding,the undulation of friction pressure and forging force is less than 5%.

Abstract:The paper researches on the pressing station of the shaft assembly of the washing machine.Combined with autonomous designed chucking,a kind of an airdraulic pressurization system is designed based on PLC and HMI.It can satisfy the need for large pressure,and can pull out the core.Meanwhile,the system can save high pressure gas.Ethernet is adopted to link PLC and HMI.The experiment has validated the effect of this system.

Abstract:Abstract In order to realize the automation of laser welding industry, a control system of laser welding workstation based on PLC and industrial robot is designed. The control system takes ABB industrial robot and S7-300 PLC as the control core, adopts PROFIBUS bus communication, carries out the hardware selection, construction and program design of workstation control system. Production practice shows that the system workstation can automatically complete laser welding and other production tasks, the overall operation is good, the working speed is stable, the working speed is fast, and it has broad application prospects.

Abstract:Current domestic and international electronic let-off and take-up control system of loom was analyzed first.Then,the control principle,hardware architecture and software architecture of the control system of loom were described.μC/OS-II is the real-time operating system,ARM(S3C44B0) is the main controller in the system.The control system gets the tension by sensor and the warp by comparing to given value.According to the warp,the control system gets the compensatory value to control let-off motor by intelligent fuzzy-PID arithmetic.Therefore,the given electronic let-off control system of loom is a real-time closed loop system and can control value of let-of well.
