Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the significant limitations of traditional telecommunication network management solutions, the feasible methods of implementing multi vendor integrated network management are firstly discussed in this paper. Then a translating protocol based network management solution and a Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA) based network management solution are proposed. The characteristics and architecture of the CORBA based solution are introduced in detail.
