A Real-Time Control System of Automatic Wire Bonder Based on VxWorks

Abstract:Wire Bonder is an important device of IC package. With complex construction, its requirement of runtime and precision are very high. This paper presents a new method to resolve the controlling interface and real-time display. After analyzing the characters of VxWorks and the control system of Wire Bonder, we make out the reason to select VxWorks as developing environment and propose the scheme of assignments scheduling according to the analysis of the system's function, organization and architecture
