Abstract:Patent strategy is set up for patent technology and it helpsthe enterprise stay in a favorable position in the competition. According to the need of technological competition, enterprise patent strategy can be divided in to aggressive patent strategy and defensive patent strategy. Today, to work out a correct strategy and apply different technology patent strategies is a key factor in the success and continuous development of the enterprise in competi- tion.
