Abstract:The intensified competition in logistic market requires managers to improve the service quality continuously in order to reinforce the competitive advantage of their logistic company. The location-selection of warehouse is a strategic way to improve the logistic service quality. Managers need to make smart decisions after taking a fully consideration of geology, consumers, management cost. This decision is usually a hard task. Analytic Hierarchy Process is a way in which to make quality and synthetic determination into a clear quantity determination. By AHP, We get an easier and more practicable analytic process than module of mathematics.
