Abstract:Observing a new organizational form and economic phenomenon-the civic society, under the intersectional eyeshot of economics and histology, the author holds that the non-profit oriented civic society, 'a third hand'emerging after the malfunction of Government and market, decreases the costs in production and transaction, realizes the optimized collocation of resources and therefore plays an irreplaceable role in the third field apart from the government and market fields. All this provides us a brand-new visual angle and important reference for our surveying the civic society under economics and histology.
