Abstract:Objective: To find out an advanced method on medicine management and pharmaceutical information management in hospital, so as to strengthen the pharmaceutical management and information application.Methods: Use computer network techniques, statistical methods and the Data Warehouse techniques. Results: Set up a multidimensional model of pharmaceutical information the Data Warehouse. Illustrate pharmaceutical information with BrioQuery software, make medicine check up, inquiry, statistics, analysis and data development online. Construct pharmaceutical information application framework, including: pharmaceutical management information, medicine application and components analysis and DDDs, and the information of pharmaceutical expenditure, rational medicine usage, pharmaceutical economy and pharmaceutical prediction analysis etc.Conclusion: Pharmaceutical information warehouse is an effective method in pharmaceutical management and pharmaceutical information application in hospital.
