Abstract:Realtime data acquisition is a basic and important links in industrial control field. How to improve the real time of data acquisition is the question concerned by industrial control technologist. The emergence of Windows 98 has brought out not only revolutionary change in software industry also challenge in industrial control software design. The characteristic of Windows 98 is the low realtime so that the speed of data acquisition is difficult to be improved. A reliable method is introduced, which can improve the real time of high speed acquisition under Windows 98 by used multithread.
