Abstract:According to the comprehensive performance of electric glass regulator detection process, the installation screw hole of the glass regulator often was damaged when electric glass regulator was installed, so the flexible clamping mechanism of floating force was is designed, to fix and clamp the electric glass regulator, and all flexible clamping mechanism was emulated and analyzed, the results show that the flexible clamping mechanism is safe and reliable, so the theoretical basis was provided to optimize and design the online comprehensive performance equipment in the further.

Abstract:A control and signal processing system is designed and implemented for fault detection of cab electric circuit in various types of vehicles.The acquisition,input and processing of analogue and digital signals and the simulation on sensor signals of cab instruments are realized for different detected objects of cab electric circuit respectively.Databases for cab electric circuit and its detecting results are also set up for real time display and subsequent inquiry,including remote inquiry by intranet.The trial operation on cab production line shows that the system functions stable and reliable.

Abstract:To overcome the problems in the checking of auto air-condition compressor, such as uncontinuous process, long period, notable artifical effect and so on, we design an auto air-condition compressor checking system. This system, using SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300 PLC and OP170B, can complete all checking items automatically. This paper presents the main characters of this system including equipments, control flow, hardware design and software programming. Practice has proved that this system can improve the checking rate remarkably and guarantee the checking accuracy so that it fulfills the design requirement.

Abstract:Current-carrying fault is one of the most popular faults of power equipments.When carrier fault occurs the contactor's temperature is higher than normal values and lead to serious result.However,the traditional methods can only do simple threshold determination,and failed to effectively extract valuable information and the diagnosis results are always unsatisfactory.To solve the problem,a new intelligent diagnosis method is proposed in this paper.Furthermore the intelligent warning system is designed and developed for power equipment current-carrying fault,and it's working principle,structure and performance are elaborated.

Abstract:The invention provides an intelligent RLC (resistance inductance capacitance) load and island-preventing detecting unit which comprises a direct current power source, an inverter, switch units, an RLC adjustable load unit, a waveform recorder, a power grid and an ADAM controller. One side of the inverter is connected with the direct current power source, and the other side thereof is connected with the RLC adjustable load unit and the power grid in parallel. The waveform recorder tests current waveforms of the inverter and the power grid respectively. The switch units are arranged on conductive paths of the inverter, the RLC adjustable load unit and the power grid. The ADAM controller controls the switch units. The intelligent RLC load and island-preventing detecting circuit is capable of accurately detecting island-preventing function of a grid power source of a user side and can meet the technical requirements of standard regulations such as VDE-0126 and IEC62116.

Abstract:A portable automotive emission analyzer under National IV Criteria(GB 18352.3-2005)is designed based on ARM micro controller.It is used for analyzing motor vehicle exhaust gases.The analyzer is powerful,easy-to-use and convenient for real-time detection and dynamic display.National IV Criteria is realized in the embedded system.And fuzzy classification method is used to support combustion analysis and fault diagnosis.Experiment results demonstrate the excellent analysis performance of the system.

Abstract:Based on CAN bus technology and SAE J1939 protocol, a module design for vehicle information acquisition and diagnosis based on Cortex-M3 core microcontroller is presented. The packet and content format of SAE J1939 protocol, and the design of hardware and software are described in detail, in addition the links needing to be noted in the design are pointed out. By reading and processing CAN bus and sensor's data, the module can provide the data about vehicle conditions reliably. Furthermore, it can be integrated in other vehicle products such as vehicle multimedia system and virtual digital meters.

Abstract:A multi-phase intelligent traffic controller based on inductive vehicle detection technology is designed to resolve complex intersection traffic signal control problems.With six control algorithms and eight operation modes,this controller can meet control requirements of most complex types of intersections.Also,the controller has the functions of green-conflict detection,fault detection and degradation mechanism under fault conditions,so the controller can ensure traffic safe and smooth in most cases.A single-intersection multi-phase traffic signal self-adaptive control strategy based on vehicle queuing length is proposed.The algorithm ensures traffic smooth and makes vehicle delay as short as possible.The controller has been practically applied in Hangzhou and other cities,and the results are satisfactory.

Abstract:A new type intelligent recloser controller installed on the outdoor rod used in the distribution feeder automation system is proposed. This new intelligent recloser controller is mainly composed of Intel 87C196KC and includes in itself all the functions of measuring, controlling, protection, calculation, remote-controlling and fault diagnosis based on fieldbus and intelligent technology. All the functions are distributed on the outdoor switching devices. CAN fieldbus is adopted in the communication network, so the multi-master architecture is formed. And the results of the application show that the system is reliable, low cost and works smoothly. Not only can it be connected with substation and dispatching automation system but also lays a foundation of the future distribution feeder automation system.

Abstract:Low-voltage power line carrier (PLC) communication has received wide attention. However, testing standards are not well defined for PLC communication yet, and there are no professional, systematic and comprehensive detection indicators to measure and evaluate the quality of PLC communication. This paper proposed a low-voltage power line carrier communication evaluation system based on Virtual Instrument (VI). Simulation results revealed that the proposed system could precisely reflect the quality of the PLC communication.

Abstract:Contrapose ills of the low-voltage user missort fault, through analysing the primary cause of the low-voltage user missort fault, we developed a missort fault detection instrument which has high integration, easy operation and high detection efficiency. This paper introduced the design scheme and principle of this instrument which can realize low-voltage user missort fault detection under live mode and no power mode. The principle of missort fault detection have been designed and realized under Clamp-Meter mode and Infra-Red mode based on the presentation of design principle for detection function under live mode. The principle of slave signal injection and host signal resolution have been designed and realized respectively based on the research of detection function under no power mode, as the flow of signal detection have been designed and realized. On the basis of working principle of host and slave, the program flows of host and slave have been designed. This instrument can realize all missort fault detection for all kinds of energy meters in the case of live and no power, and can improve work efficiency and detection accuracy of on-site missort fault scanning, which means that it has high practical value and broad application prospect.

Abstract:To help the maintainer quickmy detect and locate the circuit fault and improve the repairing efficiency, this paper introduces a method, which uses the technologies based on the Virtual Instrument technique, integrated the CPLD technique, database technique and the bus technique of USB to the circuit signal detect. In the offline circumstance, the system can produce all kinds of input signals which are essential to the running circuit board, while testing and saving the output signal of circuit board for the following processing. In practical use, the system works appropriately and meets the engineering demand.

Abstract:In order to effectively solve the problem of installation cost of automobile electric windows and the safety of passengers, the window regulator of the car must have an intelligent control function. For example, most automobile windows now have an anti-pinch function. In this paper, the model of DC brushed motor is analyzed, an intelligent control scheme for automotive power windows is proposed, and the relationship between current ripple and window travel, motor current and external resistance are verified. In the hardware design, S9S12G128 is the main control chip, and the motor current acquisition method is designed. In the software design, intelligent control methods such as current integration method, adaptive and self-learning algorithm and intelligent speed regulation method are proposed to realize functions such as automatic window opening and closing, intelligent anti-pinch and intelligent speed regulation. After many experiments, the results prove the feasibility of the above methods and the stability of the system.
