Abstract:The shortcomings of the traditional measurement and quality control methods are analyzed,and a computeraided measurement and quality control system is introduced. The presented system is developed based on the theory of statistic process control. In the system,the distributed net control technology is adopted,and the individual and scattered quality information on the manufacturing line is collected with the network. So the integration of quality data collection,store,display,query and analysis is achieved. Key words:quality control; computer aided measurement; statistic process control
