Abstract:【Objective】Cultivating high quality seedling to promote strong seedling growing,high-productivity and high-quality.The research can supply scientific base to cultivate strong processing tomato seedlings.【Method】Adopting investigation and experiment research methods to research the sprouting rate,shape index,plant diseases and insect pests,seedling percent,early productivity and economic benefit analysis of processing tomato under different seed treatments.【Result】Different seed treatment greatly affect the seedling growth,the early productivity of processing tomato and the peasants income.With treatment A,after soaking seeds in warm water,they were treated with high temperature(18-20℃) for 16 hours and then in low temperature(-1——2℃) for 8 hours everyday for eight days.Seeds sprouting rate and germinative energy were both high,with less diseases incidence.The seedling percent could achieve as high as 94%.The early production of processing tomato was high and the net income of the farmers increased.【Conclusion】The results indicated that treatment(A) is most suitable for growing seedlings in seed-pans in plastic shed.

Abstract:Saving cost and raising healthy seedlings were the purpose of this research.Spraying chemical regulator in nursery bed and pot experiment,application effects of triacontanol and chlormequat were studied in tobacco seedlings.The results showed that both the agronomic characters and physiological indices of the seedlings met the standards of healthy tobacco seedlings.The comprehensive characters of tobacco seedlings were the best while the seedlings were raised with 25% triacontanol and 75% chlormequat.The frequency of leaf-cutting was two-time less by chemical regulation seedling.It saved pesticide application by 30% and increase more than 93.6 yuan/ha.The study provided the basis for simplified and labor saving seedling production of tobacco.

Abstract:Intensive simplified and labor saving seedling has basically formed in China.Reaserch of simplified and labor saving seedling has realized high quality and efficient production of tobacco seedlings.The cost of seedling is expensive,the links of technology are complex,cuttingleaves and disinfection need much time and labor,has limited the sustainable development of production of tobaccofurther.For reducing the cost of seedling improving the quality of seedling,the author had stated the concept of intensive simplified and labor saving seedling of tobacco,summarized the advantage and disadvantage of the tobacco seedling in current situation,formed simplified and labor saving seedling technology including the way of simplified and labor saving seedling,ecological seedling substance,mechanical and digital technology,and looked intensive simplified and labor saving seedling of tobacco into future.

Abstract:Most seedlings of crops are produced in solar greenhouse or nursery, from which some problems about energy waste and environment pollution arise. This study aims at investigating the characteristics and effect of an environmental friendly type seedling breeding system. The results demonstrate that crops can grow with a short period and little pollution in the new seedling breeding system with total manpower controllable environment that is not influenced by geography, climate and other natural conditions. By multilayer, nonplanar seedling breeding and annual batches arrangement, utilization ratio of unit area land and seedlings yield can be improved for several times and even more than 10 times. Conclusions can be obtained from the tomato seedling breeding experiments: (1) each growth index of tomato seedlings that are under the conditions of 291μmol/m2s artificial illumination intensity is remarkably better than those produced in greenhouse with natural lights. (2) The environment of the seedling breeding system can be accurately controlled. The segmented temperature changed management can be applied according to the photosynthetic characteristics of plants, and not affected by the outside environment, which makes each growth index of tomato seedling constant in different seasons. The seedlings thus grow strong and can achieve the level of commodity seedlings after 20–30 days. (3) The temperature and humidity environment of the seedling breeding system can be accurately controlled according to plants growth demands.

Abstract:Plastic seedling-raising dish is as a way of floating seedling indispensable infrastructure.Long-term chemical manufacturing not only pollutes the ecological environment,also causes the increase of the seedling cost.In order to reduce the cost of seedling and cultivated qualified seedling,effects of different seedling plate height and seedling density on the seedlings growth and the occurrence of pest and disease were studied,and economic benefits of simple and portable seedling were analyzed as well.Results showed that comprehensive physiological and biochemical indexes of seedlings plate with 5cm height,seedling density of 160plants/dish seedling-rasing disks and tobacco seedlings root developed,seedling plants robust,and the low disease rate,comprehensive physiological and biochemical indexes were superior to the conventional seedling disks and tobacco seedlings,the economic benefit increased by 1.95RMB/dish,and could become environmental protection material seedling dish of the specifications of the development of dwarf reference index

Abstract:Comparison of new matrix(rice husk)disk seedling(NMDS)and conventional soil seedling(control)was investigated by using of Longjing 18 in Xinhe village in Qiqihar city.The results showed that the seedling quality was better in NMDS than that of the control,especially rooting capacity,which could promote seedling growth after transplanting.Otherwise,yield in NMDS was slightly higher than that of the control;quality traits in NMDS were slightly better than that of the control.Therefore,NMDS was better than soil seedling,and could replace soil seedling for rice cultivation as a new seedling technology.

Abstract:The growth characters and cultural techniques of dry seedbed seedlings for mechanized transplanting were studies with the methods of field experiments. The results showed as follows: there were lower seedlings qualities of dry seedbed seedlings for mechanized transplanting than normal dry seedbed seedlings and seedlings raised on plastic trays. The tillers emergency of mechanized transplanting seedlings was lately, and had higher tillering speed in full-tillering stage. Mechanized transplanting rice had higher effective panicles, but lower spikelets per ears, seed-setting rate and filling rate of grains. The fittest sowing density of dry seedbed seedlings for mechanized transplanting was 75g/tray (28cm×58cm) and seedlings ages were 35-40d. From the experiments, formed the technology of dry seedbed seedlings for mechanized transplanting those raised on yard ground too.

Abstract:Seed quality is an important aspect of the modern cultivation strategies since uniform germination and high seedling vigor contribute to successful establishment and crop performance. To enhance germination, beneficial microbes belonging to arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, Trichoderma spp., rhizobia and other bacteria can be applied to seeds before sowing via coating or priming treatments. Their presence establishes early relationships with plants, leading to biostimulant effects such as plant-growth enhancement, increased nutrient uptake, and improved plant resilience to abiotic stress. This review aims to highlight the most significant results obtained for wheat, maize, rice, soybean, canola, sunflower, tomato, and other horticultural species. Beneficial microorganism treatments increased plant germination, seedling vigor, and biomass, as well as overcoming seed-related limitations (such as abiotic stress), both during and after emergence. The results are generally positive, but variable, so more scientific information needs to be acquired for different crops and cultivation techniques, with considerations to different beneficial microbes (species and strains) and under variable climate conditions to understand the effects of seed treatments.

Abstract:The regulation effects of different substrates,cell sizes of plug tray and intensities of illumination on the quality of tissue-cultured seedlings of blueberry were researched.The results indicated that the substrate containing pinery humus soil and perlite with proportion of 3∶2 was more suitable for the growth of tissue-cultured seedlings of blueberry;the seedling quality was directly proportioned to container size;the match of fertilizers was closely related to seedling quality;the tissue-cultured seedlings were suitable to transplant under subdue light;the suitable transplant period in whole year was about 240 d.

Abstract:Effects of soaking seed time,cultivation temperature,seedling density and harvest time on the growth,yield and quality of pea and radish sprouts was investigated.Critical measures were proposed for pea and radish sprouts production with studying the germination ratio,seedling length,yield,vitamin C and cellulose content.The highest economic product and quality obtained when pea seeds were soaked for 24 hours,sowed at density of 2.4 kg/m2,grown at 20-25 ℃ and harvested after growing for 8 days.It works as well when radish seeds were soaked for 6 hours,sowed at density of 0.5 kg/m2,cultured at 20-25 ℃ and harvested after growing for 7 days.
