Abstract:The RS-485 communication protocols of the MicroMaster inverter,production of Siemens are presented.TurBo C is used to complete serial communication controlling between single industrial PC and multi inverters under DOS.The PC can measure the operating parameters of the inverters in real time.

Abstract:Master-slave multi-microcomputer control system based on PC-BUS for hollow spindle fancy yarn spinning on machine, mainly its overall scheme, software and hardware construction, is introduced. Spinning experiments show that the system achieves satisfactory result. This system can solve the difficulties of fusion between hollow spindle fancy yarn spinning machine and its microcomputer control.

Abstract:Because the greenhouse control systems designed in the past are not adaptable in practice, a new greenhouse control system based on RS485 bus is realized in this paper. A new smart sensor block is developed in the system to acquire field environment factor, which can reduce complex routing and increase reliability of the whole system. The model of solar greenhouse is introduced and fuzzy control is adopted in control unit. Besides, a friendly human-computer interface is developed by LabVIEW. Three serial port communication methods were compared, the questions of using serial communication class in serial port communication program and testing database were discussed. Abstract:The communication control mode based on RS-485 bus was used between C8051FX series MCU and MlTSUBISHI FR series inverter.It was used to realize the multiple-motor control of the AC asynchronous motors and applied to the CNC system to realize fully digital control to the spindle speed of machine tools.The hardware connection between MCU and inverter,the communication protocol and the setting of inverter were systematically analyzed.Moreover a application case was given.

Abstract:For the process characteristics and control requirements of a waterworks in Wuhan,a kind of master-slave distributed control system is designed based on PROFIBUS-DP.The host computer adopts KingView as the human machine interface and the slave computer use Siemens 200 PLC as the process controller.Besides, the traditional filter algorithm is improved in this system.The running results show that this system exhibits many advantages such as better human machine interface(HMI),easier to operate and more stable.

Abstract:Bus-based high-end CNC system has an important strategic significance for upgrading the level of our country's manufacturing equipments.RS485 bus has the advantage of long transmitting distance,fast transmitting speed,low bus cost.Therefore,it has active application value to use RS485 bus to transimit low-realtime data in bus-based high-end CNC system.Targeting at the control board data transimission in CNC system,the paper researched and explored RS485 serial bus interface,presented RS485 bus overall frame,designed the serialport communicating card based on ISA bus,explored the reading and writing program of the serialport communicting card in the RTX real-time operation environment,finally anlyze and test the RS485 bus interface using HEIDEHAIN control board.

Abstract:RS-485 uses balance transmission, has many merits, such as simple structure, far transmission, high speed and high reliability, and it is used widely. According to the practical requirement of a certain producing enterprise based on RS-485 bus, the communication protocol of RS-485 which includes byte format, frame format and the expression of data was designed. The software was designed by using Visual Basic 6.0 and the flow diagram of the software was given out. The communication between computer (master node) and intelligent instrument (slave node) was realized to achieve data acquisition of the system.

Abstract:By analyzing the current serial communication, used in a popular monitor system composed of PC, GOT and PLC, introduced a new design and implementation plan of serial communication based on Vb and Programming Interface Protocol.System achieved the efficient, stable and reliable communication under simple attachment without any mitsubishi's special communication board.The communication applied mitsubishi FX series PLC programming interface protocol, no longer need to set up the D8120, simplified the PLC program; Under this protocol and based on VB6.0 development environment，write the serial communication program adapt to FX full series，the program make the PC can read/write the PLC soft equipment and forced ON/OFF directly.In the actual application, No matter accuracy and stability of communication were to achieve requirements of industrial control system.

Abstract:Aiming at the control requirements of air compressor station of package test workshop in a silicon chip factory,this paper introduces a remote control method based on PLC and filedbus. This method makes use of advanced filedbus technology in modern industrial automation which includes DH+、Remote I/O and Modbus to connect air compressors and PLC controller by which the air compres-sors can be easily monitored. Based on the analysis of requirements of the control system,this paper presents an overall scheme of the monitoring system,introduces the hardware and software configuration,and illustrates the function blocks and adjusting method of the system in detail. The result of the operation indicates the monitoring system works well and meets the requirements desired.

Abstract:On the basis of the system plan selection, choose the Serial/Profibus - DP gateway, through the software and hardware configuration, realizing the data heterogeneous communication between Modbus network and Profibus-DP network, completes the Siemens DCS and Schneider PLC equipment integration. The whole system has good stability and real-time performance. It can meet the requirements of industrial production. The heterogeneous system integration method can offer reference for Multi-pro-tocol system compatible.

The system could not only have not to consider complex communication protocol but also need not to set up the D8120 PLC, and MX Component with other application such as GX Developer could use com port at the same time, so debug conveniently and programming high efficiency. In the actual application, No matter the accuracy and stability of communication were to achieve achieve industrial control system requirements.

Abstract: Multilevel converters are being more widely used, but the DC capacitance voltages are not easily balanced and the pulse width modulation (PWM) control scheme is difficult. A software package was developed to simulate multilevel converters and motor drive systems. The modeling method integrates circuitoriented and functionoriented simulations, so it possesses the advantages of both, and efficient and precise simulation is realized. The graphical interface is very user friendly. A fivelevel converter drive system has been studied using this software and the simulation results verify the softwares validity.
