Abstract:Objective To Analyze the influence of Hierarchical Medical Service System on the income and professional work of medical institutions at different levels in Qinghai province.Methods Collect the the relative data and analyzed by statistical method for qualitative.Results1.The total income of medical service showed the trends of increasing,but it was obviously lower than the levels of before carrying out the Hierarchical Medical Service System.2.Inpatient income of township hospital was shown decrease.3.The income occupation rate of new rural cooperative medical system(NCMS) in primary and secondary medical institutions was gradually decreased year by year,but the income of tertiary medical institutions was increased.4.The total income of primary medical institutions showed negative growth,but there was little changes in secondary medical institutions and slower increasing in tertiary medical institutions.5.The number or times of inpatient in tertiary medical institutions were increasing slowly.6.The yearly increasing rate of number or times of outpatient in primary,secondary and tertiary medical institutions were-18.1%,7.2% and 10.2%,respectively.7.The annual per capita hospitalization costin primary,secondary and tertiary medical institutions was increased 21.4%,11.5% and 2.0%,respectively,compared with one year before carrying out the Hierarchical Medical Service System.8.The average hospitalization days of inpatients were showing decreasing trends in secondary and tertiary medical institutions,but there was little changes in primary medical institutions.9.Patients referred to primary medical institutions were decreased and there was slow increase in patients visiting secondary and tertiary medical institutions.10.Referral visiting was largely increased in medical institutions at different levels.Conclusions Hierarchical Medical Service Systemshows betterinfluence on the income and professional work of medical institutions at different levels in Qinghai province and this system has the characteristics of scientific and effectiveness.
